Flair Smart Register Supply Vent 12x12 (White), AC Vent Cover for Walls and Ceilings.

This is another SMART product that lacks the smarts and customization that everyone requests but never gets... Build quality is decent with major annoyances.... The battery covers (x2) screws are an odd size (very small) so you will need two screwdrivers for proper install. The screws for the face plate are difficult to line up (12 x 12), maybe it a tad easier for the smaller ones but this one was a fight to get lined up. Noisy as hell when closed... Not sure why they could not put more effort into the design and put some kind of gasket or foam filling or whatever to quiet down the whistling.... If this is going in where you sleep be prepared... Because it's so noisy they should give you the option to fine adjust the vent for specific times, etc... but they don't.... It's either open or closed (noisy mode). Set up with the app is mediocre at best. It's also hard to figure out what you really need, they go back and forth on requirements of the puck & gateway and t-state integration... And finally using it with Ecobee in my case is underwhelming.... It confusing as hell on how to set it to open and close and lacks fine tune configurations. In the end it's a disappointing experience that works but at a cost and lacks fine tune configurations.
