Girl Dad
I am genuinely astounded by the exceptional performance of this multi-bristle brush. It effectively combines the functionalities of a standard brush and a detangling brush, enabling you to detangle and texturize your hair with each stroke. The additional curling extensions located on the side of the brush are indeed effective when used in conjunction with the appropriate product. For a father, this brush significantly simplifies the process of brushing my daughter’s hair, and my wife has expressed her utmost satisfaction as it saves her time when brushing and styling our daughter’s hair. I firmly believe that this brush can be utilized on various hair types. Furthermore, its lightweight design ensures that it does not exert excessive pressure on your wrist, making it highly convenient to use. Additionally, it is remarkably easy to clean and has proven to be exceptionally durable since its introduction into my routine.

Worked Well, BUT Just Isn't For Me ¯\_(•_•)_/¯
PRODUCT [Bounce Curl Define EdgeLift Brush, 5-in-1 Tool] PROs - Was delivered on time + well packaged + undamaged - Was a described/depicted per Amazons description (design and color is exactly as shown in the product picture) - Defines textured hair decently well - Was a good weight - Was definitely designed for curly hair + brush styling - Seemed of decent quality material and design CONs - Grip wasn't the best, especially if your hands are wet from damp hair (handle is the same material as the body of the brush which is fairly smooth and a little grainy) - Was, personally, a little rough on my hair when detangling. I'd say the products detangling ability is decent if your hair isn't already super knotty. Applying some sort of conditioner/detangler/curl cream to add slip would also help, in general. - I wouldn't say it was meant for my hair combo. CONCLUSION My hair is 3b-3c Tri-racial curly hair that is very fine, but voluminous. Because my hair is so fine, when I define my hair with this brush the clumps are so big and defined that it looks bad on me. This is because, I need clusters of smaller curls in order for my hair to look full. So, I figured it was worth a try to see if I could up my curl game, and while the brush did its job, I just prefer sticking with running my hands through my hair to get the desired look I'm seeking. Though, it might work best on other people! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes, it is worth the price and hype!
Didn't think the hype on this brush was real and I finally bought one for my 3c curls. Well it made a huge difference verses the previous brush I was using (which was a cheap dupe). My curls and definition was just fabulous. Weight is light and nice feeling handling. Bristles are close together and give a pull to the hair without pulling to much out and seems very sturdy. I amm so glad I purchased this brush and would highly recommend it. I now get the hype!!

Game-Changer, But Could Grow Mold
I have “Irish curls” where my hair is straight on top and doesn’t curl until around my jaw. This brush makes it so this hair is actually wavy/curly! I was taken aback by how easy it is to use. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in attempts to figure out my hair, but this is likely my favorite purchase. It’s easy to use, but does take a bit of a learning curve. There are plenty of online tutorials to assist. It is not a detangling, but a styling brush only. While it’s expensive, it has a nice weight to it and the bristles are quality so I think it is worth the price. There are a bunch of knockoffs on Amazon, but just get the real deal for $10 or so more. My one problem with this brush is that there is a small hole in the brush that water can get into. Since this brush is to be used while showering or wet styling, water is going to get into that hole. However, it’s too small for you to see if mold is growing. The company (as of when I purchased) hasn’t released guidance on this so I’m going to have to figure out how to clean it myself.

You know what...? Me Likey!
I have to admit, I saw this thing and said "yeah...another gimmick" and "should I get it?" and "yeah, gal, go ahead and treat yourself...again!!". First off, it's a hefty item. It doesn't feel or look cheaply made. But most of all, this thing does exactly as promised! I don't take pictures of myself and I don't (often) rave about anything, but I swear to you that your curly hair deserves this brush and you will ask yourself where it has been all your life. My hair is thinning and I haven't been proud of my efforts to style my curls for a very long time. This brush made them more beautiful and bountiful than they ever were....and I had truly lovely hair when I was younger. Here's what I did: I shampooed and conditioned my hair. I lightly toweled it a bit then I applied my products. Lately, I'm really liking the Sol De Janeiro leave-in spray and Kenra Curl Defining Cream. Then I just used the brush as they show in the video and scrunched in the end. Then I allowed my hair to air-dry. It's my usual thing and I try to avoid heat if I can. After it dried, I applied a dab of Hask Rose Oil & Peach High Shine Glaze just to bring it all together. The result is bouncy, smooth, graceful, well-formed curls...as opposed to my usual crazy curls of all shapes/sizes no matter what product regimen I've tried over the years. So, my words to you: If you are on the fence and thinking it's not going to work for you, just go ahead and buy this thing. You don't even need styling skills (I know I sure don't!). You're going to be amazed and you'll love your hair again. This is one gimmick that actually works. I love it! The Products I Swear By: --Sol De Janeiro leave-in spray --Kenra Curl Defining Cream --Hask Rose Oil & Peach High Shine Glaze --and now Bounce Curl Define EdgeLift Brush

Holy… GRAIL! Finally my brush problems are solved. I use a separate detangle brush then I use this one to soften out my curls. Then you section the hair (add curl cream) and use the outward motion with those ridges on the side to style the curls and they come out perfect little wavy or curly ringlets.

I’ve been natural for several years and recently added the Bounce Curl Define EdgeLift Brush to my routine — and I’m honestly impressed. What I loved: • 5-in-1 functionality: The brush works as a detangler, edge-styler, curl defin er, root lifter, and parting tool—super versatile. • Edge control built-in: The unique “Lift” pad works well for taming edges without flattening my curls or creating that slick, stringy look. • Gentle on curls: The bristles glide through my 4B/4C hair without pulling or tugging, and the brush head is flexible enough to adapt to my texture. • Versatile angles/design: The handle design gives great control whether I’m styling edges, parting sections, or applying product. • Durable quality: Feels sturdy, and the materials are high-quality—so it doesn’t feel like a one-season thing. Things to keep in mind: • At first the bristle spacing felt different compared to my old brush, so it took a few tries to get used to the feel. • Because it’s five tools in one, if you just need a basic detangling brush it might be more than necessary (but if you’re styling serious curls, it’s totally worth it). Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a multi-purpose styling tool that supports natural/curl textures and helps elevate your routine (especially for edges and root lift), this brush is absolutely worth the purchase. I’m really glad I made the switch.
