Regarding logs and crystals:

The logs come pre-installed, and the crystals are separately packaged. You can place the crystals on the logs or use them alone by removing the logs.

The left and right vents draw in cool air, while the heating mechanism warms the air released through the middle vent, allowing for more efficient heat focus compared to multi-vent fireplaces.

Regarding child lock:

Both the screen and remote have a child lock button. When activated, the display shows "LOCK ON," which locks all buttons to prevent accidental presses by kids. In addition, our remote control is dry battery with a child-resistant swallowing design.

Our design directs heat through a focused output channel, so the screen stays cool. You can safely touch it and enjoy the flames up close.

Quite smaxing

It took us a while to install but that’s because we had to cut thru tongue and groove, sheet rock and wall studs. But truly the fireplace is a breeze to install. It works just as described and would definitely recommend to anyone. Flame is no noise and the fan is whisper quiet.

The fireplace was great but disappointed with the lack of heat.

The fireplace was great and easy to install, however I was disappointed with the heater. It was very faint even with the fan turned to high and at 99 degrees (constantly on)

Product defective

After removing the glass to test the fireplace, I noticed that the plastic screen is buckled. It sttmes to be cut incorrectly so it won't fit in place. I'm hoping the seller will authorize a return.Update!!! The seller is sending a return label and refunding my purchase. They were quick to resolve this issue, so I'm increasing the stars from two to three. I hope they will continue to improve on QA before sending out products.
