Great no sugar added antacid that does the job. We switched to these from the big brand because my husband is diabetic and we are both on a ketogenic diet. We both have medical issues that we use a lot of antacids to keep in check and prevent problems. I was skeptical about these working as well as the expensive name brand even though they contaon the same ingredients and are the same strength. We are both extremely happy with them, though. They do the job and do it well. We miss the chewiness a little as these are quite dry, and almost chalky. They do have a very good and mild orange + vanilla (sort of like those orange Popsicles with vanilla ice cream inside we had as kids) taste, which is good and not too overwhelming. Strong flavor on top of an upset stomach does not help for me. I love that these are relatively inexpensive and find them to be a very good value. Very recommended!

These are much more tasty than a brand named item that I used to buy. The bonus is that they are less expensive as well!

Great tasting

These are a bit bigger and chalkier than the brand name, but they work well. The taste is a mild orange, unlike the variety one gets with TUMS. Perhaps the size means that they'll go further, i.e. you can use 2 or 3 rather than 3 or 4? Bottom line, these are great but I'd not pay extra for them.

Best sugar free antacid. Tastes like orange Creamsicle. Better than Tums. Works just as good. Good source of calcium
