Good, thin, very grippy general-purpose gloves
Although "CESTUS armored gloves" is the manufacture's logo/slogan, these particular gloves are thin and not particularly "armored". They'll provide good dexterity with excellent grip and some protection to the palms and fingers where the coating is and give decent abrasion resistance and some protection against splinters but they're not going to provide a lot of protection against something like cactus spines. To me they seemed true to size. The excellent grip these lightweight gloves gives makes them great for moving furniture.

Comfortable, good dexterity, good grip when wet.
These are great gloves for anything where you are dealing with slightly oiled surfaces. That said, because they are not fully coated with an oil/water resistant cover, they really are not ideal for things where you are dealing with high volumes of fluid, such as oil changes, or coolant swaps. For myself, I do lots of gear installation on 4x4’s and buggies. This requires that you have a glove with decent grip what can stay that way when it gets slight amounts of oil from gears on them. At the same time, high dexterity is essential because gear installs also have you handling extremely fine shims that are impossible to deal with if your gloves are too thick. Half the time I go gloveless, but that has its own problems. These are great because the grip is oil resistant and is textured in a way that it retains traction when it gets oily. Combine that with very high dexterity and these are awesome. They beat rubber gloves because those have a tendency to get far too hot and become uncomfortable. These breathe well.Overall, these are awesome for what I do and could be used for so many purposes. I really enjoy using them and will be keeping these on my list of gloves to get for gear jobs. The only thing I would mention to others to be aware of is that these are very thin gloves. They will keep your hands clean and grippy, but they do not offer almost any protection outside of keeping fluids off your skin. For the right job though, they are perfect!

Grippy Light-Duty Gloves
I needed to replenish my supply of work gloves for various low-impact automotive tasks such as jump starts and oil changes. I grabbed these because it's six pairs in the pack so I expect to get a lot of use out of them before I have to go shopping again. They fit true to size. The black nitrile coating ("synthetic latex") is thick and provides good grip, which the label attributes to a "latex micro-finish" applied on top of the synthetic. The safety-yellow fabric back of the gloves displays the customary industrial icons and logos. I note the lack of an ANSI cut protection rating, although it does indicate EN388/4121 impact protection. The material feels a little thin and lightweight compared to similar gloves I've used in the past. As such, I haven't fully tested their resistance to cuts or impact. If something happens during the workday that's one thing but I'm not going to intentionally abuse these, because I'm not totally confident they will hold up. Then again, I have no reason to think they won't, other than them being a little thin. While I can't speak to the degree of protection they offer, I find that they allow for a great deal of dexterity performing light tasks. They also did not overheat or become uncomfortable as the workday progressed. I do remove the gloves between tasks, but I do that with all my gloves and these stayed comfortable compared to similar gloves I've worn for the same jobs. The gloves are a couple of steps above the single use disposable gloves many mechanics depend on during the work day, so for the price these aren't really a bad deal. They compare favorably with similar products I've used in the past. I just might think twice about working under a car or inside of an engine bay with these.UPDATE 4/20/24I'm still using the first couple of pairs from this pack around the garage and at work. They've taken a decent amount of abuse and are still holding up nicely. I do rotate them with heavier-duty gloves depending on the task at hand (so to speak), but for what they are I have to say I've been impressed with the longevity of the product. I don't always come back to update reviews but this is one of those times when it's absolutely warranted. Great gloves. I stand by my assessment.

top quality general purpose work gloves
These gloves are thin and light but make excellent work gloves for general labor. The high level of abrasion resistance provides protection for picking up just about anything. Recommended for general yard work, light landscaping, and casual dumpster scavenging.

Very Durable with Excellent Grip
This is my review of Cestus NS Grip 6116, Natural Latex Coated Work Gloves, Hi Vis, X-Large. These work gloves fit properly and have an excellent grip. I use them for construction. I prefer a thin glove when I work to have the most dexterity to grip tools and materials. These gloves performed flawlessly. One of the best tests for glove durability that I know of is working with OSB. It is very rough on the outside face to prevent slipping on the roof. These gloves were used to install all the OSB wall and roof sheathing for a four hundred square foot building with no visible signs of wear on the fingertips or palms. I was able to easily grip the stirps of nails with no issues due to the thin material. They are a pleasure to use. The size of the glove is accurate. I Measured my hand as suggested on the product page. My palm measures 10 inches and the X-Large fits perfectly. Since these gloves have exceeded my expectations, I am rating them 5 stars.
