I want to give it a 4 star review because I wish they were larger for more contact area in case they come loose however I am going with a 5 star as I feel like most people would prefer the smaller size for their privacy. Within 20 minutes I didn’t need an alternative. They stick well even without cleaning I recommend holding them down for 20-30 seconds. Not 10. Already I am making progress. And they were very cheap. I had no side effects or skin issues. I got the entire pack as I didn’t know what size to use which was convenient because you can tear the larger ones in half to be the middle size.

I've had not issues with these over the last week using them at the 21mg level. I barely notice I have it on and a few times forgot to remove it when I went to bed. Let's also talk about the price. The name brand will cost you ~$140 for 6 LESS patches over all 3 levels. The 7mg seems to work and I appreciate the small size. What I didn’t like was that the inactive ingredients that are not shown in the available information before purchasing — acrylate adhesive, aluminized polyester, and methacrylic acid copolymer. I did a quick search and the aluminized polyester is used as a backing (on the outside), which was good news. The other ingredients are generally considered safe and are sometimes used in transdermal applications. I would appreciate more transparency and these appear to be a bargain. Am using them with a few Zyn pouches each day.

They worked for my mother-in-law, so I decided to buy them, but they didn't work for me. Honestly, I think it depends on the person. It's taboo to take the risk and see if they work for you.
