I have said pretty much everything I have to say on this in the title, except that all elements of what I said are absolutely true.

Once box in a perfect shade of green not to deep and not to pale. The art work depicts a chicken could have been a little more colourful but was as required, the chicken on the box looks happy and joyful. Classic not cartoon style chicken. The 12 eggs were nice and smooth and full of a glorious yoke. The delicate detail on the date stamp was visible and I felt my purchase was a very good choice

I buy these every time I shop on Fresh. They are larger than expected and great quality. However, the last few orders I have had a couple of bad eggs that were dirty or had brown spots on. These seem to lose its shell when hard boiled. All the other eggs cook fine. I’m not sure if these are safe to eat but I decided to throw them away.

I always buy to free-range eggs, not just for flavour but primarily because of animal welfare. This is a good value box of a dozen brown free-range eggs, which arrived unbroken and in good condition. As expected, they were indeed large size. And they carry the British Lion mark.The whites held together well, which shows that they were very fresh. I've successfully used them in cooking and also to make both scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. When using eggs in baking it's a good idea to let them stand for a few days rather than be super-fresh, so that the whites break down more easily.

The freshest and best eggs, so much better than equivalent supermarket eggs - tasty, golden yellow yolks. Perfect for a luxury breakfast every day!

Quick service - good delivery and very good choice of fresh foodstuffs / they last a long time in the fridge. Safe packaging - very good packaging around eggs
