This abmachine works great! Just a heads-up to connect it properly to avoid a little shock (pun intended!). I like that I can wear it while doing things around the house. There are so many settings, it is not exclusively for abs and "fat loss". For the money, this is a great TENS unit that I have used on my back. It has helped with back pain. The belt is long enough and comes with an extender to fit many sizes. I have also wrapped it around my legs for muscles soreness too.

Ow. Just…ow. This thing feels less like a fitness product and more like I’ve signed up for an impromptu electrocution session. Apparently, my belly fat is laughing at me while I'm getting zapped for no good reason. If you think this is the magic bullet for a six-pack, sorry to break it to you, but you're gonna need to actually leave the bed. Newsflash: You can’t shock your way to a slimmer waistline—trust me, I tried, and all I got was a very confused stomach and some questionable decisions.

Weak electrodes. Level 39 (max) should be relabeled level 7/10 or medium. I really barely felt it. The belt has few electrode connection points, which may contribute to the overall poor performance.

Good strong stimulator with many modes..Only problem is I don't not feel it stimulating my obliques.

I like the ab belt it works really well. I specifically like the battery life and how it sticks well. It fits really well. I can utilize it or a daily basis.
