Serious upgrade from the last Bebird Ear Otoscope that I had!
I have been using Bebird's ear otoscopes since that was all that they were; ear otoscopes. They are much more than that now and have been for some time though, haven't they? Anyway, a while back I had the ones with the motorized tweezers on them. And while they worked quite well, the motorized tweezers weren't as effective as I had hoped they would be. The manual tweezers that come with this are a different story though. Not only are they effective at grabbing stubborn things out of ear canals. They can also be quite effective at grabbing pieces of food and whatnot out of tooth cavities. The Bebird that I had before this one was the Bebird M9. Which is still available, but I wouldn't recommend getting that one. Because even though mine still works fine, it came with some of those black foam tipped attachments, some of those transparent ear spoons that are made out of hard plastic, and only ONE silicone coated ear spoon. Which was really the only usable attachment for cleaning out ear wax. Because even using a soft silicone coated ear spoon can be tricky. You see, no matter what you use to try and clean your ear with, just keep in mind that it is kind of like playing that game "Operation," lol. And that's because the walls of everyone's ear canal that are past the point where you can reach with a finger, are almost never touched throughout your whole life. So as a result, they are very tender. And when you touch them it makes you kind of jolt. But don't worry, because once you are aware of that and you expect that, then it's not as bad as it sounds. Now, what seems to set the Bebird 30S (this one) apart from the other ones that they have out now, is mainly the UVC light. And besides that, there is the massive amount of attachments that are included. Which consists of two kinds that I have never seen before. The Gel-Stick Ends, and the Rubber Diggers. As for the manual tweezers and the visual liquid dropper? Well, they are now both also available with a much cheaper Bebird option. So if that is what you are mainly looking for and you would rather get them with something that doesn't come with all of this, then you should check out the Bebird R1 Ultra.

A Top Tier Device
This ear wax removal kit is by far the best I have had. It is a one device for the entire family type deal. I've dealt with bad ear blockage since I was young and I have never had a product that I can remember as a middle aged adult that has actually removed the blockage. Not to mention the high resolution camera that showed me exactly what I was doing every step of the way. I connect it to my cellphone and in minutes I have thoroughly cleaned my ear and there is no pain or discomfort. The price might make anyone a little hesitant about getting it but I promise it is worth every penny not to mention that the design makes me feel like there is a little space craft on my sink that when seated properly can spin around with three attachments that magnetically connect to the side of the main device that caters to everyone in my family from the adults to the younger kids.... all I can say is if you need a top of the line ear wax removal kit with a built in camera that's designed with comfort in mind that this is the device for you. P.S. - The battery life is more than sufficient to get the job done and have days if not weeks of standby life waiting for the next time it is needed.

Item stopped working
I was very unhappy with this purchase I’ve bought several of these otoscopes. I decided to upgrade to this one. From day one it was frustrating to use. I decided to return it. However I did try a few more times to see if it maybe it was operate error. During that process it stopped working completely. I’ve been very sick for the last few months. I finally sent it back and I’m being charged a 20.00 damage fee. I wanted to love this product but I just found it to be not worth the money. That was obvious when it died. I’ve bought so many of these that are lower tier and they worked much better but still they stop working just not so fast. I had hoped that with this one being 100.00 or so more it would last longer. I just would like to know why I’m being charged the 20.00 damage fee. I can’t seem to find a way to connect with a human. Hopefully you will see this post.

Third device (comparison in review)
Update: I now have the new orange Ultra whatever model and had connectivity issues (typical) but once I turned off cellular data, it connected immediately and properly. It also has good stabilization so I definitely recommend that trick and/or the orange ultra one for folks who get dizzy or are photosensitive (also the camera quality is good.) Original: I’ve owned three BeBirds. Here are my thoughts on each model and in general: 30S (white): Pro: contains all pieces so you don’t have to keep the box, better quality attachments Con: flexible scope is too flexible (doesn’t stay in position), connectivity is iffy Lifetime: Not long. The camera visuals would spin and glitch, so I'm returning it. They have a new model coming out soon so i'll try that next and continue comparing. Hope it helps someone! Second I bought / flexible (Bebird EarSight Plus) Pro: can be positioned well, improved camera from older model, had tweezer tip, had improved tongue depressor Con: camera stopped working, needed to keep box to keep items in, connectivity is iffy, tweezer tip seemed delicate and there was only one(?) Lifetime: Less than 6 months before it broke :( First/oldest I owned: Pro: great to have something to look with and save pics, etc. Con: camera is outdated / subpar compared to newer models, needed to keep box to keep items in, connectivity is iffy Lifetime: not sure, but it looks like I bought a second just a few days after based on order history. Note: all plastic attachments from earlier models did not attach safely and were unusable. They would come right off inside the ear canal. Also the metal under the silicone tips would sometimes break through / silicone seal wore down or something. My use: I use this for my ears, nose, and to check on where I had a tooth removed (this occurred when I had my second model.) Overall: I’d love the all-encompassing nature of the white one, but with the medium-flexibility of the middle one, and the longevity of the first one. I wish the connectivity was better in general. (Tip: try turning off cellular data)

Easy to use and very effective!
I purchased this for my audiology practice and was really impressed with how well it works. It includes four different sets of removal tips, tools, and scoops, along with a set of tweezer tips. The light is bright and effectively illuminates the ear canals. The flexible, long probe adjusts to the ear's shape, allowing for a gentle removal process when necessary. Plus, you can attach a sleeve to the probe to make it stiffer for more stubborn cerumen. The app is simple to install and very user-friendly. The imaging is clear and provides great guidance during the removal process. If you have been wondering if this tool is worth-while, it most certainly is. Get one. I highly recommend this product for home and or professional use.

Nice product
Such a cool devise have used it for more and my ears the nose and around the house. The image is clear and eye-opening to how discussing our bodies can be. And the end is flexible i had purchased a smaller ear camera and it was like placing a bobby pin in my ear. Im squeamish when it comes to anything getting inside my ear however im excited to use this it is tolerable.

Not a great experience, actually a bit frustrating.
The kit looks and feels really nice. Parts seem like they are quality made. The pods as you know, magnetically attach to the case, which is nice. There's more gear on the inside of the case. It's very well put together. You get enough stuff to deal with 3 people in a sanitary way, ie. very little in the way of part sharing, except for the device itself and a few examination tools, which are very easily cleaned. The main issue is with the device itself. For one, it doesn't keep a local connection very well, especially to Apple devices. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11 M4 and it is TERRIBLE on those devices. There's constant and consistent disconnections and I can barely get through dealing with one ear much less both. I also keep getting messages in the app that the battery needs charging even though it's at 90+%....all it takes is for the wand to be distanced from the phone. I tried connecting to my router and the device would just freeze and disconnect in a few mins. It doesn't "remember" the connection, so you must do this if you want to connect to the router every....time. The device also gets pretty warm, I'm wondering if that is somehow the problem. It doesn't matter for dealing with the ear or holding it, but something this small should not be getting this warm so quickly. I tried an Android Tablet (Pixel) and that worked much better in terms of keeping the local connection, but connecting the device to the router still made it freeze. It's just not worth the trouble. I don't begin to understand how this got these good reviews. I will keep it for a bit and hope for a firmware upgrade that improves it. Otherwise I will be returning it. Will return with an update.

Awesome for clearing out waxy ears
I have waxy ears. I accumulate so much I have trouble hearing. This product is awesome. I hate sticking anything in my ear, so the camera gives me confidence. Clear image and the tools to scoop out the wax are very effective. I don't dig too deep, but I can clear out most of the wax and improve my hearing considerably. Great product. fair price
