Victorinox knives are superb and great value — I really don't think there is any need to buy anything more expensive, not for home use anyway. The knife is pretty lightweight, very sharp and easy to keep sharp. I have an expensive Japanese knife which was great from new but I now have to really work hard to keep it sharp. The shape allows you to rock as you cut which is very helpful. I really can't think of anything wrong with this at all. Superb, value for money.

Extremely disappointed with these knives. Given this is a reputable brand name i did not expect these knives to arrive blunt. The handle is also cheap lightweight plastic. Very much regret my purchase. Recently taken delivery of Shan Zu knife which is marketed at a similar price point but is a level above in terms quality.
