I almost didn't get this b/c I became afraid after some customers complained that it burned their eyes. I thought about this for some time before I decided that it couldn't be burning eyes, or it would be taken off of the market. I took a chance. These are just fine for me and I really like these drops! What they are is COOLING and NOT burning. It felt like something more like 'menthol' which does have a 'cooling' effect. I don't think that people need to be afraid of this. Putting the drops in fely Good to me. I like this better than the brand name that I got from CVS. I like the cool feeling it gives my eyes. It's 'refreshing.' I can recommend this. My eyes feel better than they used to.

The only product I've been able to find that'll stop my eyes from watering during the day. There's no burning, so they are comfortable to put in. Definitely worth the price!

I liked these they felt refreshing but they were a little spicy in your eyes If you're sensitive to things in your eyes don't buy them

I stare at a computer screen all day, and when I’m not staring at my computer, I am often staring at my phone. I am not proud, but it is what it is. By the end of the day, my eyes are dry and feel strained. I needed something to help my eyes feel less dry and this definitely does the trick. Using these eye drops into conjunction with taking breaks from the screens and using blue light glasses has definitely helped. The drops work immediately upon use, the burning goes away and my eyes feel cool and relieved.The price is right and you get a lot in each bottle.

Amazing product I can literally feel the cooling sensation, the tiredness fades fairly quickly. For reference I’m 54 and have been wearing glasses and had dry eyes for over 10 years. I work on a computer during the day. These drops are a game changer.
