Q: can you print the labels?

The labels that are included are not designed to be fed through a printer. Many of our customer use either Avery Labels or a Label Maker to print professional looking labels.

Q: What are the dividers for? I’ve assembled it without but have I missed something?

The dividers are purely optional and are intended for use only if you wanted to display pamphlets in the Step-Up file.

Yes this product is difficult to put together so I do not recommend buying it. My boyfriend figured out how to put it together by realizing that the instructions are not very clear as they do not show you that you have to take the first two pieces and put them back to back then follow the instructions on the paper from there. If you want an easy to use product, right from the start (including the assembly) then get something else, this product is not for you. But if you have the patience to figure out that there is something missing in the instructions, it will be a good product once assembled. Just take a fresh look at the instructions and as my boyfriend put it ‘look at them a little differently’ you will get it to work. Good luck.
