I usually buy my moringa from Kenya in bulk but had ran out. Tried this and it is authentic moringa, really concentrated and great for a good cleanse. I drink it daily, first thing in the morning is the most effective.

As a novice to taking this I began slowly taking a small amount mixed with manuka honey.. And a tablespoon of water... Its an earthy taste which isnt unpleasant... Whilst I can't make medical claims I can say that it has helped reduce my heart rate and my blood pressure and I only take what is in the picture once a day... It leaves me with a general sense if calm well being while still being mentally alert... Doesn't make me sleepy but sleep pattern has improved in the last two weeks of taking this... I found it helped with pre menstrual bloating which I actually did not get this month... Another few months, will clarify that effect on me... Overall I'm impressed that so little if this gift from mother nature can help so much...

Good Quality Moringa. I mix it with my avocado milk shakes and add it to my curries and herbs

Product arrived when they said it would. Good value for money. It has a strong taste but not entirely unpleasent. I would recommend it if you're looking for moringa.

Very good for IBS. Soothes stomach and allows ur body to be able to eat...even if its a tiny bit.

A good quality powder. Purchased this to help with iron intake, not so sure if it worked or not but there was no harm either. Stopped taking it after awhile just couldn't get on with the taste, very strong grassy green taste. Not for me but have never really got on with liquid medicines which is how I found this to be for me!

100ｇを買って毎日ティースプーンで2スプーン、飲んでみました。 味はやっぱり苦いです。そしてちょっと最後辛い感じがしますが私はあまり気になりませんでした。 100gだと2週間弱でした。朝晩分けて1スプーンずつ飲んでみたり 時間がないときは夜一気に2スプーンをお湯に入れて飲みました。 水だと、上手く混ざりません。粉が浮いてしまって飲みづらいです。 でもこれは非加熱商品で、モリンガの成分が守られてる証拠らしいです。 とにかくお湯だと上手くなじむので飲みやすいです。 最近ストレスよる便秘で悩む日々を送っていたのですが、 なんと、飲み始めて2日目から腸が反応してきました！ そこからは毎日割とすっきりで、なんだか体も軽くなりました。 腸内環境が整ってきたせいか、肌の調子もよくなった気がします。 他にビタミンや鉄分も入っているということでしたが、 正直普通のサプリメントと比べるとそんなすごい量でもないかと＾＾； でも整腸の効果は確かにありましたので、これからも飲み続けたいと思います。

Great product!

苦いとか渋いとか言われてましたが、他の物と混ぜてしまえば特に問題なく食べられます。 豆乳とメープルシロップに混ぜて飲んだり、シリアルに乗せたヨーグルトにかけて食べたり。 効果は分かりませんが、しばらく続けてみたいと思います。
