NXR SC3611 36" 5.5 cu.ft. Pro-Style Natural Gas Range with Convection Oven, Stainless Steel

Super happy with this gas range! It met all my expectations and it works & looks great. All that, plus a 1/3 of the price of the luxury brands, I had a thermador before this. Had it professionally installed by a local gas company & converted over to LP.

From the beginning the stove wasn't working right it worked with propane which I didn't but it would turn all pots and pans black, i called the company they switched it to gas. By time the stove stopped working the warranty expired and company wouldn't do anything to help me.

No bells and whistles. Just a great looking and performing cooking machine. We love it.

If you enjoy being highly annoyed and spending a lot of money on takeout, with maximum aggravation, look no further. I wanted a 36 inch oven, with 6 burners. I currently have a 36 inch space. I purchased this oven in 2019. It is now 2021. The second time that it broke down, it was out of service for a month. This means that I am paying for takeout for a family of 6, and using an electric counter oven(big electricity sucker) to make meals. Now, I am on the phone with NXR, and I am being told that my unit is out of warranty, despite the fact that the oven has had issues within the FIRST YEAR. Also, it is the SAME ISSUE, each time. The oven igniter. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the stress and the headache, and DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND OF OVEN. I am now waiting to hear back from management to see if they will consider fixing it a third time.

The front large burners are good for a huge stock pot or a giant frying pan. The other four burners are the ones I use the most. They give a wonderful range of flame from very low for cooking rice and keeping a soup warm to a very hot flame for a smaller pan. The stove top is very easy to clean and will contain a good sized boil over. There are no electronic controls to go wrong. A very basic gas stove with up to date safety features like electronic ignition. I'm a fan of gas cooking and I love the way this stove works and looks good doing it.

This stove is just what was shown. Its a 36 inch wide SS stove with iron grates looks very professional and resembles a commercial stove. Large capacity oven with a switch for the oven lite on the left, and a switch on the right for the oven fan. Looking forward to years of use !!! Veronica

The style, price, and operation.

After just two and a half years, the oven temperature would spike much higher than the temperature that it was set to. A few weeks after that, the oven stopped turning on altogether. Local appliance service centers all said that they don't service NXR ovens. I then contacted the manufacturer to see about getting the oven serviced. The manufacturer could not even give me the names of any places that service NXR ovens. Awful customer service by NXR. Total waste of a lot of money.
