Actually works and even a senior like me can set up the app . . .
Oh my God! Where have you been all my life? I'm in love - this robot mops and sweeps - and makes my floors look gorgeous. I got the sale price and the robot will pay for itself in months. Containers for clean and dirty water are easy to remove from robot and refill/empty. I bought the soap cleaner but I don't use as much as bottle recommends and my floors are cleaned just fine. Perfect if you hate housework. The aide I employ doesn't have to waste her time on floors and is free to do other things. The fun of watching someone/something else work while you sit back and watch it cannot be overestimated!

Incredible! I haven’t mopped or vacuumed manually in 3 months!
This is a solid 4.5 star. I’ve had this since mid August 2024, so I’m about three months in now. I have a 5,100 sqft home and I think it does a pretty solid job for the square footage. My thoughts: - The first month I had absolutely no issues no problems completely easy and convenient. All I had to do was add water dump the dirty water and that was about it. - as I got into the second month of cleaning, the hair roller would get more stuck with my hair surprisingly but not my golden retrievers. Easy to fix by just cutting it out though. - 3 months in and I’ve noticed there’s always something it’s getting stuck on or some issue with it. Dryer sheet, pony tail, plastic, and spider traps get stuck on or in it. When there’s an issue, the robot stops and doesn’t move. The app notifies you that the rollers are stuck, camera visibility, or one of the mops got loose. I have noticed I’d say almost every day this week I’ve had to go find the vacuum and resolve some issue. Mostly the mop disengaging for some reason. - I do absolutely love this robovacuum though. I have a schedule for it to clean a few rooms a day so that it’s not constantly cleaning all day. MWS is for most common used areas and deep cleaned. TF for used rooms but doesn’t get as dirty. TH for that once a week clean for rooms we don’t use much. - since our vac mop needs to cover a larger square footage, I break up the cleans so it only does a few rooms a day. I just don’t like seeing or hearing the vacuum take all day to clean the first floor. I believe it took 16 hours total including the back and forth charging before it was able to fully finish every room downstairs. Which is why I break it up into different days. - love the app features, how easy it is to maintain, and fantastic for pet hair (we have 1 golden retriever and 1 american shorthair cat). - app features allow you to customize whether you want to vacuum, mop, or both. Also how much water to clean with anddd wall hugging. - I would buy this again if something happened to my vacmop. I literally haven’t vacuumed or mopped at all since I got this because I just click a button on the app and it goes to clean for me!!!

Excellent cleaning, works well with rugs and carpets
The package arrived the next day morning..I was very pleasantly suprized. I am not a technical person, my son did the programing and stuff. We have mainy tiled flooring and scatered rugs that are attache well to the floor. Pro Omni works extremly well, I am happy like a clam that I don't have to swipe/vaccuum or wash the floor. You can see the wet floor, that gives the satisfaction that was cleaned. Occasionally we will have to vaccum/wash places that Omni could not get in. I have a cat and Omni is cleaning very wells around the litter box. It is very stoic, did not get stuck in rugs (small carpets); is going around table and chair legs. I like the fact that during the cycle changes/emtyes the dirty water and the vacuum. It is not very noisy, it just sound as normal as any vacuum cleaner wood. When is done returne it returns to its base. We are 100% satisfied, and highly recommand to anyone who want to employ this little robot. By the way, did you know that the first Roomba vacuum cleaner (2002), used basic AI to navigate and clean floors autonomously.

The horrors continue- DO NOT BUY THIS!
Update: DO NOT BUY THESE VACUUMS. I REPEAT- DO NOT BUY THESE VACUUMS!! I bought the eufy x10 in March or 2024, by August I was writing the review below. The company reached out and offered me the S1 because they’d already replaced my x10…twice. I gave it a shot and here I am again, warning you against my errors. The S1 worked well for the first few months like the x10 did. Then I started getting error messages about the vacuum not being able to wash the mops correctly and suction water. I reached out, did the troubleshooting, and customer service just stopped responding. I replied to the ticket several times with no response and finally escalated it. I escalated the ticket a week later and got some additional outreach from a manager, Sean. He told me that my vacuum was out of warranty but they would offer me a free servicing of the vacuum. How can my warranty be out in less than a year, you may be asking? Well they kept the original warranty date for the x10- A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VACUUM AND DISASTER. Make that make sense! Sean sent me the return label and I carefully packed the vacuum and sent it in. When it was returned to me, it was in a random LUGGAGE BOX with some bubble wrap randomly sprinkled in. Sean emailed me and said that they believe my vacuum may have been damaged during repair and to inspect it and report back. It’s no wonder it was due to that weird, random packaging! Damaged was an extreme understatement; my ramp was snapped off at the corner, the vacuum was scratched severely and the docking station looked like it had been dragged along a rocky beach! Worst of all- IT WASN’T FIXED. It was still have the exact same error! I told all do this to Sean two weeks ago and he said he would send a replacement and one was preparing to ship. Well, at the 10 day mark I touched base to find out that a.) they were sending a refurbished unit (which is probably the issue with these in the first place) and that they didn’t have any in stock! How are you preparing a shipment if you don’t have the item? I asked how long the wait was supposed to be and what would happen if there were none…answer TBD. Listen to the reviews that have these similar stories- they are so valid and you will have so much regret and frustration. SAVE YOUR 500+ DOLLARS- THERE ARE FAR BETTER VACUUMS! I purchased this vacuum in March as a birthday gift to myself. I did HOURS of research, comparing it to many other models with similar capabilities and price points. They offered a coupon so I ended up taking the plunge and investing in the x10. It was INCREDIBLE the first 45 days! Then the issues began. First, it was with mapping and edge hugging. It started missing the entire length of our kitchen island. It also began having trouble finding the dock, which was odd because it was always located in the same spot. I reached out to support and after asking for photos of my map and a video of it malfunctioning (which seems odd because the map is in the app, as are the alerts when the vacuum malfunctions)…they told me it was because of the placement of the dock. Ok, fair…I moved it and the issue with the dock resolved but it still misses the issue with the kitchen island. After days of emails back and forth, I finally had to escalate the issue to a manager because they could’ve solve it. Things continue to go downhill as now the vacuum routinely leaves PILES of dirt on the floor and on the rugs! The rugs are also constantly wet, though the mop pads are supposed to lift. These aren’t high tread rugs either- they’re regular ole bath mats. The first photo of the mats is before the vacuum and the second is after- totally gross! The mopping in the videos is shown to be so amazing, but it’s the worst mopping vacuum I’ve ever had. It routinely misses small spills and if something has dried there (we had a lid fall with some yogurt) just forget about it. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone. The mopping is subpar, the vacuuming leaves a LOT to be desired, and customer service isn’t that great. Save your money- it’s far better spent on another vacuum that can deliver what it promises. Love the app, though!

Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

Usage: large spaces, limited furniture, but varying surfaces (commercial carpet, high doormats, uneven wooden floor), plenty of foot traffic. We compared to a Shark robo vac (without mopping) and the eufy X10 Pro Omni beats the former in all of the categories below by a huge margin. Pros: easy to set up; mapping without issues, map editing intuitive, great app (quick to open, intuitive to use, plenty of videos are linked to the error messages and settings); powerful suction and mopping functionality; settings for spcaces are saved for the next time; operating pretty reliably over/around obstacles; doesn't fall down stairs and respects no-go zones; easy maintenance (again the in-context support videos are quickly accessible, so google-ing the instructions on the wild internet), super-responsive support by phone, chat, and email (I cannot stress this feature enough - they even sent us a a evaluation package of their proprietory cleaning solution when we asked whether it was right for our hardwood floors - which it prooved to be [shiny surface, just as nice as Murphy's, no lemon scent tough]). Cons: Can't think of any. I think this is as good as it gets in terms of AI powered vacs/mops. I find it does need supervision, though. For spaces with furniture, I think it requires prep if you are after a thorough (close to the edges) clean. You have to move the furniture away from the wall, temporarily move power cables out of the way, etc. and then put it all back together again. And I would like earlier warnings about a compromised brushroll (entangled) or dustbin. The little guy was acting oddly, but I couldn't figure out what was going on. So, there is some room for improvement. But now I know to just put 'vac maintenance' on my duty rotation sheet. Notes: It's not as fast as I would like (especially when vaccuming & mopping in one go, looking at the history it took 1 hour to clean 77 sm2 (829 sf, no carpets, just hardwood floor). As it can't do much more than that on a single full charge, I have taken to subdivide our large spaces so that the 'Auto-return Cleaning function' doesn't kick in at inopportune times. There are scheduling functions available that might improve my usage, but I am not there yet. Out of the box it's a bit chatty, which is not helpful as very hard to understand (by the time one has tuned into the voice and accent - the message is already over with and cannot(?) be repeated). And one last little thingi .... it goes quite close to the wall, which is great, but to do that it keeps bumping into the wall (and doors) which can be a little noisy. All in all: One of the few purchases that really made a difference and are a breeze to use. Highly recommended. Eufy rocks!

NO LO HE USADO PARA DERRAMES DE LÍQUIDOS, pero tampoco soy tan perezoso XD

I can't fault the mopping function, it's great, but the device infrequently gets stuck when transitioning to carpet. The carpets I'm referring to are not high or thick.
