Excellent product! This ice pack is large enough to cover almost my whole back! The soft felt side adds enough skin protection, so that a towel is not needed. Stays cold and is heavy duty.

I like it very much. I like the size it covers your entire lower back. I like the idea that it has one side. That is very soft. I keep it very cold in the freezer, So it gets nice and cold quickly. I would recommend it.

Well.....the product itself is pretty decent for the average user. For those with severe chronic pain who are basically attached to an ice pack (or 3) basically all the time then this probably isn't what you're looking for as it doesn't stay cold for long. The dimensions are also pretty decent but it's slightly off balance on most other things people with chronic psin typically need.....like the plush side took away too much of the deep cold I need, the other side was initially too cold but warmed quickly against my skin and created a lot of moisture on my skin&the plush material. This was uncomfortable at best, then the gel wouldn't stay put....had to flip it every few minutes as the minimal amount of gel in the pack in my opinion was about half the amount it acrually needs to provide a truly beneficial experience. The gel pooled at lowest end/area within a few minutes so definitely not great for upright positions or on the move. I did not receive a "storage" bag as indicated, hell it wasn't even in a box, I was blown away to see it on my porch basically in a ziplock bag with the uncovered side out. To no surprise I discovered a couple pin holes once gel warmed and left a little bit of goop in my hair and on my shirt. UGH.....was a rough experience LOL BUT AGAIN....for the average occasional user this would work just fine and I believe they would be very satisfied, especially if they get it in a box or at least the storage bag to protect it. Unfortunately....I will be returning

Very comfortable with being able to use different sides. Nice quality with great flexibility and size allows fit anywhere for pain relief and excellent ice retention without being stiff and hard. Definitely recommend

This reusable ice pack has been a lifesaver for managing pain and swelling. Same day delivery. Happy about that! However, there are 4 segments to this XXL pad; only 3 sections has gel in them, the 4th section (on the end) has nothing in it, tried sliding gel from first section, to next, even held it up in hopes gel would be gravity-fed, but doesn’t work that way. My guess these are mass-produced and it’s just luck if you get one ‘complete with gel in each of the 4 sections” …. The pad is made very well, I would have given it 5 stars if the gel had been distributed better… contacting seller does not jump out at me, so I’ll keep looking for contact. I’d like to exchange it, but I don’t want another one just like this one. I’d like a “full” intact gel pad, as advertised.

This has been a lifesaver. Freezes fast and retains flexibility so you can easily wrap a knee or lay your back on it comfortably. It’s been frozen and thawed many times and no leaks.
