Great product
Added this to my Waterdrop 1200 it was easy to add I purchased a longer piece of pipe approx. 30 ft to connect it to my fridge a s although my fridge is only 12 feet from the unit I needed to route it down into my basement and have enough slack to pull the fridge out if needed. This caused no pressure problems at the fridge for water or ice making.

Works as intended for refrigerator connection
It works to connect the Waterdrop X12 to my refrigerator. I wish the 1/4" tubing that came with it was a little longer for my setup. I ended up buying additional tubing for it to reach.It increases the water pressure needed for the refrigerator water/ice maker. It also increases the pressure for the X12 faucet. Use this in conjunction with SharkBite 1/4-in OD Push-to-Connect x 1/4-in Compression Female Adapter to make installation easy.

Compatible with DUAL flow systems
Works as expected after getting some customer support. Contact them if you have a dual flow system, there is a special hookup for those.

NO DIFFERENCE NOTICED
Easy to install. Did not notice any difference in water pressure. the instructions didn't mention any thing about getting this to work properly. Do I need to pressurize the tank??? How much pressure is required???

Can do better
Didn't seem to help much with pressure compared to my previous tank based RO filtration system that supported the same three outlets (faucet, fridge, hotwater), but did not try removing it after installation. The pump kicks in immediately in the RO system as there is not much capacity in this small tank. It likely gives you an illusion of water rushing through early on, but almost immediately teh RO system kicks in.

Great water pressure
Initial water pressure is much better. Large cups fill up faster now. Very easy to install. We love the taste of the water that the water drop system gives.
