This is a great exercise ball, especially for targeting your thighs. It was easy to inflate and it holds air really well without going too soft. The size is just right for a variety of workouts—compact but effective. It feels sturdy and has a nice texture that gives good grip. Definitely a solid addition to any home workout setup!

I wanted a ball for my home ab work outs and this is perfect. It took me less than 10 seconds to inflate and is nice and dense. It retains its shape and the plug fits nice and snug so there’s no leakage. For what it costs, it doesn’t feel cheaply made at all.

Perfect size Pilates ball. The material is soft and pliable. I was worried about a strong rubber smell - but it doesn't have an odor. I've been using it daily in my exercise routine. Great price and value for the product.

The size and shape of the ball are fine. However anything the ball touches sticks to it and has the potential of removing the surface when pulled away. The ball has left a mark on my wood chair and pulled the paint from my wall when I left it sitting for a day.
