IDK. I tried these for at least two weeks now and every single night I've woken up after a few hours with the mouth tape unstuck and sliding off of my face. I don't know if its me or the product, I will say the adhesive isn't very strong. I understand this is for our face and we want to be gentle but my jaw is much stronger than this tape lol
