These berberine gummies are great for helping curb cravings. They have a pleasant taste. The gummies are soft and easily chewable. I wish I had found these earlier. Covid caused me to have sweet and salty cravings. No more since using this product.

Easy to chew

My a1c has gone from a 9 to a 6 . I believe it’s working. Very good for those that have a difficult time swallowing pills.

Firstly, these are fantastic tasting so they are easy to get down. I was previously taking a Berberine capsule and sometimes had difficulty getting them down. Not the case at all with these chewable and tasty gummies. Plus the added benefit with these is that also have a decent amount of Ceylon Cinnamon which is must have for me personally. And they are SUGAR FREE!!! OMG! I am one happy camper. The bottle has 60 gummies each and the serving size recommended is 2 per day. So, you'll get a months supply for what I consider to be fair price. Another bonus, these don't seem to stick together as much as some of the other brands do. I love these for many reasons for my personal health and if you're looking for a dual gummy with both Berberine & Cinnamon, this is one to get. I highly recommend.
