This pillow arrives neatly packaged in a white plastic drawstring bag with a matching bag containing shredded memory foam. It’s a very large, definitely king sized pillow, fairly thick and supportive, especially at the top. The white zip off case is a soft synthetic stretchy white material with 2 zip closure compartments. The small compartment in the middle is the only one with shredded memory foam and zips along the bottom. You can add the included extra foam to adjust for your comfort. My photos are without any extra foam added. The larger part of the pillow is solid memory foam and encased in the other zippered compartment. It’s quick to rebound while the shredded foam feels more squishy and slower to rebound.Be careful with the zippers—they are low profile and can easily get stuck on the stretchy case if you’re not being careful. I got the main zipper stuck the first time I unzipped it, before I even got to try it out, couldn’t get it unstuck, and had to exchange it. The company was quick to send the replacement which I appreciate.It’s a comfortable, supportive pillow and feels most comfortable for me when sleeping on my back. I’d definitely recommend this for back sleepers who want good neck support. I’m more of a side sleeper and find it to be more comfortable for side sleeping with it oriented as it is in my photos, with the shredded foam compartment facing down. I prefer the feel of the shredded foam and really wish it came with that as an option, so the thickness of both compartments could be adjusted.

The media could not be loaded. It's a supportive, comfortable and well shaped pillow for cervical alignment. The king size is perfect for not having to move as you turn to the side.

This pillow is very comfortable. But it is a little different. Because I bought one earlier. The quality is a little different from this one. The other side is not as expanded. It is different from the other one in height. But I still like it.

This pillow is absolutely giant, bulky, and awkward. The KING size barely fits into a standard King size pillow case and is always a struggle to stuff into one. The "adjustable" portion is just in the middle, comes with small memory foam pieces that can be removed to make it softer, or added for firmness (comes with a whole bag of extra memory foam pieces). However, the rest of the giant pillow is not adjustable. The overall shape of the pillow is also awkward, how to lay on it is not intuitive. I ended up flipping it to one side and sleeping overnight, then the next night, tried the other way. I'm still not sure which way is better. The pillow is also very thick so I would not recommend for a stomach-sleeper. Lastly, the shape makes my bed look frumpy, since it is so irregular and does not match any other pillow on the bed. I think the idea of this pillow is nice, the fabric of the cover is very soft, no weird smells, etc. I think it could definitely be comfortable for some people, I would suggest ordering a Queen size thought to make sure it fits into your pillow case, even if you have a King size pillow case and/or bed
