Easy to use. Good value for price !

The machine is absolutely wonderful. I recommend finding YouTube videos to learn how to use it instead of focusing on the book that comes with it.The reason I am not giving five stars is because the bundle is the issue. The thread is really cheap and awful. I almost sent the machine back after playing with it for a week, but when a friend with a similar machine saw the issues I was having, she realized it was the thread. Once I got more expensive thread, it works great. The thread that comes keeps breaking, pulls up thread underneath it so projects don't look good, and it even got to the point where it was ripping through the salvage material on the back. It is not worth using the thread. I would recommend just buying the machine and buying a better polyester embroidery thread. Save your money on the bundle. It's not worth it.

Do NOT purchase this machine here. It made me select a star to post this but it really deserves NO stars. Purchased this machine and used it maybe 5 times before it stopped working. I brought it into a brother specialist and they told me the thread purchased with the machine did not belong in any machines and caused the machine to break. I called Amazon and was told I would get a full refund and then they went back on their word. I will never order from this awful vendor or Amazon again. Horrible customer support and horrible purchase.

All of the items in the advertised Accessory Kit or the 50 spools of thread arrived. They were wadded up inside the brown packing paper.

Now that I have finally figured out how to use it I am liking this machine. However, the part needed for embroidering was missing from my box. After contacting brother (with no help) and then watching countless YouTube and TikTok videos to see what the issue could be, I contacted them and to their credit they sent me the missing part right away. I wish customer support was better and that the machine was easier for those of us new to embroidery to learn. I also have trouble with transferring designs via WiFi and we have wonderful WiFi service, so I think it’s a lag with the machine. I hope to learn how to use this machine more effectively in the future.

I DID NOT receive any attachments ( feet for different designs). I sent a message before but got NO RESPONSE! I paid for them and I would like them!!
