I was given an ipazzport mini for Christmas, and the USB port broke inside after 8 months. I reached out to support, and they replaced it without hesitation, even though I didn't buy it. I wish more companies stood behind their products and customers like this one.

The iPazzPort mini keyboard is a very handy addition to my firetv cube. It easily pairs with my cube via bluetooth which is much more reliable than RF remotes. No more click and re-click on the remote to type and switch lines with the user unfriendly on screen keyboard. The USB wire charges up the keyboard for several weeks and avoids battery changes. The backlit keyboard is also a nice feature. My only criticism is that the functions on the keys are printed dark blue—would be much easier to see if white like the main keys.

A must have gadget in this age of smarttv

This Fire TV Mini Bluetooth keyboard works amazingly well with the Fire TV. I no longer have to go backwards to use the search function, and it makes searching and typing much easier. It also saves time when entering passwords. My favorite feature is the eight multimedia buttons, which are really handy. Since using this keyboard, I don’t want to go back to the original remote, but I still have to because it doesn’t have infrared. Fortunately, I can attach the Fire TV’s original remote to the back, and with a design like that, I have no complaints.

I have been using this more than I thought. It is very convenient to be able to type out what I'm searching for instead of using the remote. Connecting it to the Fire Tv was simple. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and I have not had to charge it up yet. I like that the case has a spot for your remote so that you can keep both things together. Overall I'm very pleased.
