Cup Holder Clip, Blue

It works, holds cups, and is quite sturdy. At its price point - I feel it is a real value. I's sturdy enough to hold a mini-thermos cup. My only reservation, and the reason for not giving 5 stars is the bottom ring. It "gets in the way", hanging down and serving no purpose. Eliminating that component would make it perfect.

works well and is quite useful for perching cups out of the way. Overall, the clip was a bit larger than I'd expected -- a little bulkier in terms of design than I'd prefer -- but it does the job.

Recently, I dumped coffee on my keyboard and....well....you know the rest. I saw this product on Amazon and knew it would solve the problem of having drinks on my desk. This sturdy cup holder worked fine for my store-bought glasses and cups: I can't guarantee it could hold a an odd-sized original/crafted cup but I'd suggest going out to buy a regular sized cup just to have the security of not spilling liquid on your desk. My only criticism are the colors which make the holder stand out too much in my book - a minor quibble.

This thing is awesome!!! Strong and versatile, I can fit my coffee mugs in which is kind of a big deal. Just I had it clamped to my lapdesk with a glass of wine in it, not smart cuz I moved my leg which moved the lap desk (duh) and spilled wine all over myself. That was dumb on my part though, if it has an open container with liquid in it be sure it is clamped to a stationary surface! I use one as cup holder for drinks and one to hold remote controls for tv/dvd/wii very handy lil product.

While the spring it's not really *very* strong, it holds everything I've bought it for: a full 12-oz glass, a can of soda, a bottle of beer and even a full 12-oz mug. I actually wonder why the seller doesn't list all this in the item description, I 've spent hours trying to figure out what it can hold and what not! The trick is that the long clamps allow for a good grip on the table. Just be careful not to drop your drinks too heavily and you will enjoy this gadget as much as I do.

does not sit firm on furniture

I ordered 2 and they were exactly what I needed - I use a sit/stand desk at work and these clipped onto it perfectly (one for the coffee, and the other for odds and ends). With these, my stuff is raised and lowered with the desk so I don't have to bend down and around the contraption to reach it. Also, unlike some of the other ones reviewed, these are definitely large enough and strong enough to hold my 12-oz coffee cup and soda cans (inside diameter is about 3 1/4")

I bought this as a cup holder for the lifeguard chair at the YMCA where I work and 2 months in a gaggle of teenagers that loooove to goof around with this thing have not broken this thing yet! To me this says a lot as they manage to destroy anything that they touch and I figured that a plastic clip would be a goner! Only thing to be aware of is that it has a 20 oz limit so don't overload it or it will fall off on its own.
