Soul Crushed
This should be negative stars instead of 1. If you would like to buy a very expensive bought of possible lung cancer, or a giant, heavy paper holder this is your printer. They really get you good with the can't refund if you put ink in this giant hunk of scrap metal. You have no idea the headache you are buying until you put the foul lung cancer causing ink in this monstrosity of evil. I can't tell you how much not to buy this product. I wish I would of invested in a time machine instead I would be at the same point in life. The ink is so unbelievably toxic I had to take my 4 year old to the er when she accidently got some on her. And before you say oh you shouldn't of let her get to it. This bottles of ink that sit so nicely right beside the printer leak like somebody tore its soul from its body, kind of like the real tears I have cried for investing everything I have so I can be a stay at home mom only for this dream crusher to be delivered to my door. So if your considering this printer. Run fast and dont look back!!!!

Solid, basic uv printer
TL:DR; 1. need 2 people to setup 2. basic uv printer, no fancy bells & whistles 3. Support is extremely helpful 4. Bit of a learning curve. 5. Uv ink smells Definitely a bit of a learning curve when it comes to the machine. Made some mistakes & wasted some ink because when I got it set up it was already the weekend and support wasn't available (and I'm impatient). Luckily by the time I realized I was getting nowhere and just wasting ink I only had to wait a day to get some help. Jeremy helped me get thing running again and have been playing with it everyday since. You do have to play around with it to really get a good feel for the machine, but when you do it's great. I've been trying different things and am pleased with the results. You will need help setting it up (physically), it's a beast of a unit. I built a dedicated stand for it to ensure it was level (the floors where I'm at are far from level) Wish I would have made it a bit wider, it sways slightly as it's printing, but it's not enough to cause issues. While it doesn't have some of the features that other uv printers do, for the price it's a great entry into uv printing. Some of the features of other brands would be nice, but with a little ingenuity this printer can accomplish the same things. Colors are bright and vibrant when printed with the white base or on white objects. That being said it can only print as good as the file you give it. While things may look good on your monitor it doesn't always mean the print will come out as good. 1400dpi is only a benefit if your file has the detail. Biggest issue I have is the smell. I live in a small house, almost borderline tiny house, so it's generally within 6-8ft of where I'm at unless I'm sleeping or in the bathroom. While it's not bad nor constant I do frequently smell the ink. I may try making a cover to put over it when it's not in use to reduce the smell. All in all I am happy with this printer. It performs great and when I've run into issues Support has been able to get me up and running again.

not for long term use
Worked for about 6 months then went to crap. The white ink started acting up then eventually just stopped printing. Other colors would also randomly stop working them start back up. The support was impossible to work with. We were using for commercial purposes.

Little leanring curve but awesome machine.
After a rough start. This company came through and we are loving this machine. Been converting some of our multilayered vinyl jobs to direct print. On glass and metals. Love this machine the more i use it.

Don't buy it!!! Waste of money and time! A disgrace!
First, I bought it and it worked (super slowly) for two weeks. The printhead broke, and the friendly support sent me a new one (which they initially wanted me to pay for). It started printing in a gradient, then smudged—a disaster. I already work with UV printers, and this DOES NOT EXIST. IT IS NOT NORMAL, AND I'M NOT ROMANTICIZING IT. I asked for a refund, and they absolutely refused. "No way!" I said. Well, look how Amazon is giving me my refund. I had to cover the shipping costs for a pallet back (which I much prefer to keeping their piece of junk). Not to mention all the nights I spent opening it up and trying to figure out what's wrong with this defective, cheap contraption. Anyway, they refused to give me a refund even after I sent the pallet back. They only sent me $290, as if this were a joke. You won't give me a refund? Amazon will, dear seller. This is unprofessional. It's frustrating and in bad taste. It's not a functional machine, and they should focus on providing customers with a better experience than this headache I had. 100% wrong

UV printer
So far it’s going good I needed help and Jeremy was a big help. It doesn’t come with a manual or rip settings but I just asked for one so hopefully I get that soon and can figure this printer out!

Technical support
This was the best technical support I have had on any of my equipment. Jeramy was able to login and walk me through the process with ease. I would definitely recommend this for anyone.
