King Soba Organic 100% Buckwheat Noodles, 250g

They are ok but gone mushy when I added them to soup.

Struggled first couple of times to get right consistency when cooking but giving them a quick rinse in cold water after cooking as directions suggested really helped. Love that they are low carb and don't taste bad. Used in stir fry.

A bit tasteless for my taste. I love buckwheat but it's a little bit hard to come by in the UK. Thought I'd give this a try as a substitute. It's OK. But it will not take away your buckwheat cravings.

My wife made Raman and these noodles are horrid, grey and all stuck together even after being in the broth for a while. They also had a clean chemical smell and taste which was rather disgusting. We will not be getting these again.

I cooked them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Am I missing something, as these were nasty. They were a horrible grey colour and just stuck together. I assuming the starch caused this, but rincing them in cold water didn't help much My children called my my Yaki Soba barely edible

I'm Japanese, so I know what soba is meant to taste like, and this is far from authentic. The texture is all wrong. Buckwheat noodles have a grainy texture and a unique aroma, which this product lacks. It's somehow gluey and smooth and has no soba aroma. The packaging states it's 100 per cent buckwheat, but I am sceptical.

These are quite pleasant and have a very mild subtle flavour. Good alternative for less healthy noodles and spaghetti. I will continue to buy these.
