The flavour is great but be careful how long you chew it for. I smoke about 20 a day and got the 2mg ones. They work great and definitely takes the craving away. Be prepared for a sight head rush and a mild kick to the throat.

A good alternative for the times when you cannot spark up a cigarette. The mint taste was nice. The product does have some side affects (cited in the pamphet enclosed with product). For me it irritated my throat so could not use. Which was a shame as I never had cravings when using them. Unlike regular chewing gum, you chew a couple of times then place between gum and cheek.

I stopped smoking in 2005, not because I didn't like smoking (nicotine), but because it was expensive and my health was deteriorating. I have been chewing this brand ever since. By going down the route of "subscribe and save", the savings I have made via Amazon has been substantial compared to high street shops and pharmacies; near to half the cost, which when you consider this on a yearly basis (for me at least) is saving between £600 to £1000, and if you're comparing that to smoking itself is into the multiple of thousands.
