I have been smoking and vaping for many years now. I went on a 2 week trip where I was unable to smoke as much as I would want. I took these with me and they were fantastic. The nicotine content may be on the heavier side، but that is what I was after. They taste fine, but lose flavour after a few chews. They are a bit tough to chew, but I think this is expect so that you can hold it against your gums for some time. You just chew again to get the nicotine going. Slightly expensive in my opinion, but competitive pricing on Amazon.

No smoking for 11 years. No vaping since July. These definitely help.

Your item is great but the delivery is poor as the delivery person was in Sherbrooke Road but never deliver your item as I have trouble with the delivery person before

flavour is good and no after taste. in the middle in hardness. the icy white feels like nothing in your mouth and has an after taste. the original is too hard but tastes ok. this one is the best so far. 3 weeks no smoking or vaping after 25 years which is a record for me. no bad cravings or feeling stressed out or angry i feel 100% normal. you have to consume a lot in the beginning! like all the time! but it works. i used lazenges but they're boring. you can chew one gum for more than an hour if you're a little distracted. the problem with these things is they're addictive as well. which i'll be thinking about later after i get over cigarettes completely. i think i can cut back with normal gum but i'm hesitant to try currently. maybe in a month or so.
