These don't adhere QUITE as well as the Nicoderm ones through a shower, but that's honestly the only thing that Nicoderm has that these don't. They still stick very well, never had any issues with them coming off except the one time I tried to shower with one on. But along with that, there is WAY less skin irritation. It's really easy to see where the last place you put a ND one was because your skin is all red- you don't have that with these. They're thinner and more skin toned, so they're also less noticeable. Looks like a bandaid more than anything. And they were very effective for me. I quit by the end of this pack. I just moved across the country and started again. I'm going through this system again because I know it will work well. And once you know that these work just as well as the name brand, the price on the others seems almost criminal. Save yourself a LOT of money and go with these.

These patches stay on very well and they helped me quit vaping which I find amazing, i didn't think I would be able to stop.

These worked for me to stop vaping. I smoked cigarettes for years, two years ago, I switched to vaping thinking it was "better." When you first start using the patches, you will get cravings because the amount of nicotine is far less than a vape. However, after a few days it gets easier and then you start moving your way down. In the beginning, I used a nicotine free vape for the oral fixation. I stopped using the nicotine free vape when I got down to the last set of 3mg. I haven't had patches or nicotine free vapes in over 2 months and I'm glad I used these. I also bought a huge box of nicotine gum before I started and it went unused and in the trash after I was done. The fact that this has all 3 steps helped/forced me to step down in nicotine. Full disclosure, there are moments I will want my vape (after meals, in the car, etc.) I acknowledge it and then recognize that the feeling will pass in about 2 to 3 minutes. Remember, that quitting is hard, there are nicotine receptors all thoughout your body, you may not always succeed the first time. Don't be discouraged, just try again.

To be completely honest, I’ve worn these for about a week, and unfortunately they are not helping with fighting any cravings. I’ve been wearing two patches a day. This is honestly making it hard to quit the nicotine addiction as I’m still having the cravings and side effects of withdrawal. I’ve had no issues with the patches staying on and have had no skin irritation. However, the stickers do leave a residue on your skin which I’m finding fairly difficult to remove after several showers. It eventually comes off, but with some heavy scrubbing. This may work for some, but unfortunately it is not working for me.

The patches take affect right away, Eliminating the need to smoke within a week.
