Easy assembly, although better illustrations could be helpful. Very easy to ride and use even for an older person (as this was bought for my mom), plus comfortable with the wide base. Easy to monitor the speed with the throttle. Came fully charged.

I absolutely love this scooter, makes my commute to work a breeze. I wouldn't mind if it went a little faster but to be honest 18mph is probably fast enough.

We have had it for about a month and it works great! I have never used an electric scooter before, so wasn’t sure how to get it to go 🤣. I emailed and the walked me through how you have to push off to get the throttle to start moving automatically. So great customer service.Worked pretty well up the hills by our house too.

It did come sooner than what it stated for me put it all together, and it was fully charged according to the LD display, but still would not take off so returned it because I guess it wouldn’t go.

Overall I would recommend this scooter. My husband uses it to get one spot at his worksite to another and uses the basket to hold his things. He loves it! The reason for the lower rating is that the battery life is about half of what is advertised and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. What is said is NOT what is done and they make it very difficult to reach help. The tracking information is not correct. I finally reached help, because the scooter was not set to arrive on Father’s Day. They promised a refund. They never did refund. Instead, they sent me TWO scooters. We were so confused. We tried to reach help but only could get into an automated system. Then, we got a nasty message about being charged again (for the second scooter we never ask for and were trying to get information about returning). Because of the shipping and customer service problems, the Father’s Day aspect of this was ruined. The battery life issue is irritating, since I based my decision on that stat, but the scooter works well otherwise and my husband is happy with all the other features.

Spent a week with this so far and love it. They are right on with the speed and mileage. Tops out at a little over 18 mph and about 20 miles on a single charge. The lights are nice and bright and the ride is really fun. Easy to set up and use. Do wish it had a key or some sort of security but all in all I love it.
