Brilliant shed. If your doing it on your own in the wind, skip a few steps and get the 4 walls built then come back and do the other steps. Read the manual prior to starting familiarise them and its pretty easy. 2 hours on my own and it was done

Took longer to build than anticipated but came together well. Well made and instructions to assemble clear. Flooring proved tricky as sited in a narrow space on concrete. However went slightly off piste and used recycled fence boards which were perfect. Fitted over the top of foundation kit, providing stability, strength and a tough water proof layer.

Robust construct, deceptively sturdy, built to last and perfect in confined spaces. Assembly instructions are very detailed and precise with great imagery. Albeit the process of assembly is quite daunting, so many pieces and quite tricky, especially the roof panel plug screws. Under estimated build time- took me over 4hrs combined, 2nd pair of hands required for wall and ceiling panel assembly. Requires marine ply-board flooring overlay on metal floor joists.

The product is flimsy and not easy to assemble due to numerous bits and bobs so on receipt we were not able to check if everything that was needed was in the package. It is not possible! The instructions are not easy to read/understand and other than the drawings you dont get much. It took us longer than a month after the delivery to start building the shed as we had to get somebody to do the base first and so on. Half way through the assembly it apeared we had wrong parts sent so could not finish it. It is proped up, supported with wood so it will not collapse. Please be aware that Duramax are based in the US, their phone numbers are not working and you dont get reponse to emails or chat messages, absolutely nothing! Void! Amazon customer represantatives have also apeared extremely unhelpful. Kept telling me I am not eligible for a return and to contact the manufacturer Kept sending me links to the item I have bought from Amazon, the shed itself. That is despite telling them I had the links to the manufacturer from Amazon. Extremely dismisive and unhelpful! Forget about the 15 years warranty, it is a joke which cost me over £500....:-(

Very impressed with this shed. Built it in a narrow alley next to our garage, barely wider than the shed itself. Having read the instructions before purchase, I knew there were very few screws I’d struggle to get in. Most of them are screwed from the inside and I managed to unscrew the supports on 3 corners to fit the difficult screws before securing back to the base. Took less than a day. Instructions are clear and it’s very sturdy once built. Did need two people to start with but anyone decent at DIY shouldn’t be afraid at all. Comes with a metal foundation but I built one with 4x2 treated timber and marine ply for the shed floor. Added an extra £80 but worth it.

Instructions are well laid out. Read them all before starting. You get two booklets - one for door left and one for door right opening. The assembly is all well documented with each item marked with a code to make it easy to fit together. All work can be done working from the inside - except the back right hand corner vertical. If space is tight around to back righthand corner, when working in this area its better to put the side panel up first with its corner vertical to allow you to screw up at the base. Before construction, you must have a level base else you will find fitting and meeting together parts difficult. I made a concrete base about 125mm thick. This ensures a flat level surface and prevents water ingress. When you do the roof, use mastic with each fixing plug. After construction, I laid a waterproof membrane over the base frame, making sure it overlapped the sides, then boarded the flooring over it to provide a level flooring. The shed is fully waterproof having been tested with the latest heavy downpours. You will need some help with the roof though - a person inside and outside to ensure correct alignment. Allow two days for construction. Looks good in its cream colour.

Not a bad little shed, sturdy once up and no flooring ( I clearly didn’t read that correctly) it arrived in a massive box in pieces which was really heavy, you definitely needed 2 people to put it together, it was myself and my husband and I thought i may kill him in the process so be prepared 😂 If possible do not fit this on a windy day, I thought we would lose it before it was built, instructions are not that simple either and you definitely need some water proof filler for parts, overall not bad, at least never has to be painted like a wood one..

Ho acquistato questa casetta da giardino alcuni mesi dopo un precedente acquisto rispedito indietro perché l'imballo era arrivato pesantemente danneggiato, così come alcune parti. Ho atteso mesi nella ricerca di un modello che potesse coniugare misure adeguate, design che si adattasse al mio giardino e qualità percepita dalle recensioni di altri acquirenti, oltre a un prezzo accessibile, ma niente mi convinceva completamente, fino a quando qui su Amazon ho trovato questo modello e ho deciso. La confezione è arrivata perfettamente integra e l'imballo è ben curato. Il montaggio, che ho effettuato da solo, ha richiesto 5 ore piene, e una giornata con totale assenza di vento, perché le pareti di plastica sono molto leggere e facendo da vela una volta posizionate anche il minimo vento richiederebbe più persone per sorreggerle fino a fissaggio completo avvenuto. Operando da solo mi è stato sufficiente addossare la struttura a un muro in modo che la prima parete che stavo montando poggiasse sul muro stesso inizialmente. I pezzi sono tutti contrassegnati, seguendo attentamente le istruzioni è difficile sbagliare, anche le varie viti sono contrassegnate nel sacchetto che le contiene. L'unica accortezza è prestare particolare attenzione ai montanti metallici del telaio, che possono apparire simmetrici ma presentano dei fori a distanze differenti per cui se invertiti poi si avranno problemi durante il montaggio. Mi è capitato col montante centrale del tetto che corre sul lato lungo della casetta, che ho appunto distrattamente invertito e successivamente i fori in cui infilare i tasselli di plastica per fissare il tetto non erano allineati correttamente, ma sono bastati pochi minuti per riposizionarlo correttamente. Per questo e per gli altri componenti del telaio basta comunque fare caso alla posizione dei fori per incastri e per le viti, secondo le istruzioni, e il margine di errore diminuisce drasticamente. Ovviamente è bene dotarsi di avvitatore elettrico perché le viti sono centinaia e con normale cacciavite il tempo di montaggio aumenterebbe molto. Consiglio di prestare molta attenzione nel maneggiare i pannelli di plastica di pareti e tetto perché un urto potrebbe danneggiarli irreparabilmente, sono molto flessibili ma l'idea è di una certa fragilità in caso di urti. Nonostante i singoli componenti siano abbastanza leggeri, una volta completato il montaggio la struttura appare comunque solida e pesante, dopo che ho addossato la casetta al muro perimetrale di casa ho provato a spostarla per capire se un vento forte potrebbe spostarla ma l'impressione è che sia ben piazzata, posto che ho le piastrelle da esterno antiscivolo ovviamente. In dotazione ci sono comunque tasselli per il fissaggio a pavimento ma ho preferito evitare per il momento. La casetta come da descrizione non ha pavimento, per cui ho provveduto a sigillare il perimetro della base con nastro sigillante per evitare che l'acqua piovana scivoli all'interno. La base della casetta, come si vede nella foto dell'interno, presenta dei montanti trasversali per cui si creano 3 aree rettangolari che possono comunque essere ricoperte con moduli di legno o plastica, o ancora con piastrelle di plastica, per evitare il contatto di eventuali scatoloni col pavimento. Il volume è notevole, ho già inserito all'interno alcuni scaffali di plastica sul lato più basso per guadagnare spazio di appoggio. A proposito di altezza, io sono alto 1,81 e per entrare devo chinarmi, e all'interno posso stare comodo nel lato più alto, ma chiaramente è un luogo di passaggio per prendere e riporre oggetti quindi il disagio è minimo. Chiaramente non è un posto dove custodire oggetti di valore, basterebbe un calcio per sfondare le pareti, per cui anche l'eventuale lucchetto alla porta non garantisce massima sicurezza. Ottima comunque per riporre utensili, contenitori e oggetti vari di comune utilizzo esterno. Per il momento sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto, spero che le plastiche reggano a sole e intemperie.

Il faut suivre à la lettre l'ordre indiqué par les schémas de montage, ce qui demande tout de même un minimum de réflexion. Si on s'y tient , et si on est un peu bricoleur, c'est relativement simple. Montage en 4/5 heures . Semble léger quand on ouvre le carton, mais solide une fois monté. Nous l'avons fixé au sol sur des dalles de béton. A voir à l'usage pour l'étanchéité...

Arrived it perfect condition. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Every single piece was clearly marked. Holes all lined up perfectly, if you make adjustments and then tighten everything up at the end.
