Are there stems and leaves of the Kava plant in this product?

There are no stems or leaves of the kava plant in our products. Ozia Originals uses only noble kava varietals (root only).

The dosage of kava in this product is 50 mg, which is a fairly low dose. other products claim to have 250 mg of kava. has anyone compared these?

Yes, our Kava Candies use a lower dose on purpose and not meant to substitute kava powder but rather enhance needs on a daily basis. The combination of kava, lemon balm and chamomile make them optimal for their "on-the-go" purpose.

Are they gluten free?

Is this the kind that can interact with adhd meds in a negative way?

I am 46 and have a good amount of ads/adhd and I can say it helped me. I have a terrible time sleeping and I was able shill out with them. Not in a real drugged up way but a relaxing way. I hope that helps
