easy to use, pop in freezer for a couple of hours then ready for use, luckily I don't have first hand experience so just what the user told me, if needed you can freeze the second one while using the other so should be able to use round the clock depending on your severity. good price, they gave relief while cold , and with care should be usable for a long time

These would be so much better if the sides around the edges of the packs were smooth and not scratchy. Apart from that, they are very helpful.

Have bought these several times for my mum to use on rotation after her haemorrhoid operation wasn't a success and she suffered discomfort daily. Easy to use, comfortable and discreet. As these were used daily, freezing, cooling down, warming to body temperature, being washed in hot water, they do eventually rupture. But this was after several months.

These Haemorrhoid Cooling Gel Packs are amazing, they feel great, and finally, I can get relief instantly, and they work great. You get two, so keep one in the freezer, as you have the other one between your cheeks. Well worth the £11.99 as they should last a long time, as you can reuse them over and over again. Just wash and refreeze.
