Sturdy and comfortable chair
Already use this product at office. Now I bought it for home use too. Super comfortable sturdy chair.

Good quality product

Chair
I’m 105kgs 6ft. I sit in this chair comfortably for 10-12 hours a day. No problem whatsoever.Update: after 10 months my chair's back rest is broken. I contacted them...and guess what...they provided me with a free replacement backrest...so satisfied with my experience.

Have received a bad chair
The chair handle running to the bottom of the chair is obstructing the metal frame while assembling. Also, the cloth at the bottom of the chair is torn and there are holes formed to screws in the inappropriate places. I should have got a new chair, not a refurbished one.

Easy to install and comfortable
The chair is very comfortable and easy to install. I liked it. It's been two weeks since I am using this chair and as of now I did not have any issue with this.

There was some issue and chair is replaced-update
The chair was easy to assemble and it looks sturdy. However, a defective one was delivered initialy. The rubber around the mesh was out of its place. And it was tilted towards one side.After replacement request, I received a better one. Now it seems fine, so, I changed the rating for customer support and delivery experience. I will update further after using it few days.
