While in lockout mode, quickly press the button for 4 times, the OLED Display will show the unlock design. Quickly press the button for 4 times again. You will see the lockout design on the OLED display.

Why my LD70 flashlight will not charge?

When charge the LD70, make sure the two copper pillars are connected well, check if they are out instead of stuck inside or it will be unable to charge. Also make sure the direction is right do not pass the limitation of the charging edge.
