Unlike what the description says, it is not possible for me to put this on without help. When you have a shoulder injury--mobility and flexibility is limited. Also, it is a bit too large on me to actually be compression, have snugged it up as much as possible. It is very well made--the straps are very sturdy and I do not see any way either the buckle/slide strap or the velcro strap will break. The pocket holds a triangle shaped gel pack perfectly and in the proper place to do some good on the injured area. Overall, I like it, and it does hold the ice pack where it belongs. Just wish I could put in on by myself and wish it wasn't as large so that I would have some compression.

I ordered this COMFORCE Shoulder Brace for a previously injured, now arthritic shoulder that often flares up and causes significant pain. I'm pleasantly surprised at how much support this compression sleeve gives, after I got it adjusted correctly. It took multiple attempts to get it adjusted, but once all of the straps were in the right place, I could feel a big difference. It also serves as a good reminder to not "overdue it", once it gets to feeling better. The quality is very good, especially for the price. And there are 4 areas of adjustment that enable you to find the perfect personal fit (around the arm, top of shoulder, across the chest, across the back).

I ordered the COMFORCE Shoulder Brace with Pressure Pad, Neoprene Shoulder Compression SleeveI got this because sometimes I sleep wrong and it makes my shoulder hurt for a bit.The materials are really nice.Its a sturdy brace.It is a bit awkward to get on, you will likely need help from someone to get it on.I cant say it helped a whole bunch, it did some but not a lot.Perhaps due to the awkwardness of the body lay out all shoulder braces are only moderately helpful. Or maybe the spot that hurt wasn't where the brace targets best.Either way I only found it moderately helpful and ended up using a heating pad on it instead.

Really helps but you feel better after wearing, so I didn't put it on the next day. Lesson learned, honestly wear it for a few weeks to let it heal. Great value, just wish it was all black. Shows the greese, life of a mechanic.
