This maid does not do kich kich in 2BHK. We have a labrador and it is helping a lot. Thank you Dreme for making such a wonder product. We wake up early morning with clean floor and feels so positive as the main home chores is completed. We bought it for 26999 and if there is offer you can buy. Keeping home clean is so important especially for prosperity. This has helped with the mapping feature. Will definitely go for the next model in future from this brand as have already purchased a cordless stick h12 then it was 24999 and is now for maintenance for the battery after 1.5yrs of working so well. Service is good. Just make sure to mail them on time. They do respond. Bought this robo because in pregnancy needed help with cleaning. If machines can be helpful take the help, don't question too much on the price all the time as the effort is reduced to 99 percent all you need is taking good care of it too just like any gadget. Of course it would be great with Dreme ultra or pro version if you have a higher budget. When shifting to 4BHK I would take the higher version one. Will review for this robo soon. Till then deligate your work and live joyfully and work on your innerself daily not the floors. Because floor is taken care of by Dreme. Reviewing after 3 months : For the first 3 months, it performed well. However, now the water stopped reaching the mop making the cleaning function completely useless. Only can use the vacuum function in that now. I have a labrador and if you are pet owner whose pet sheds in sept to oct months you will need multiple cleaning gadgets. We have raised a complaint on the machines. As I am a user of dreme products, getting to know to experience these things. Mop says you cant use cleaning agents in mop container. Then I do not understand where is the hygeine? These robos should be build such they are used for liquids like LIZOL, DETTOL Friendly especially when you have kids and pets. May be the higher version we can add the liquid in the container of main machine itself so it passes through the mop for best function. I was very happy though 3 months of usage and I am trusting the company improves and actually is a little fast in responding to us in email as we are investing a huge amount. The robo once mapped 1st time works well. We had a painting done and after that the robo is acting weird so we remapped it and its better to remove any cable wires, charger wires hanging on floor and mats on the floor before starting the machine or else the machine will take those along with it and cause machine to mulfunction. The mop with 2 wheel mop might be best for cleaning and might go for that next year. Till then will trust the company repairs the mop water inlet and my old dreme H12.

I'll try to keep this brief. The product worked well the first few months, cleaned and mopped my 3BHK fairly well. Manual intervention is needed once in a while when it gets stuck or when there are hard stains on the floor. One day it just kept throwing an error that the mop wasn't dry. Tried changing the mop but seemed like there was some hardware/software issue to fix which are beyond my capabilities. The support team picked up and serviced the product. The product had the same issue and this time the mapping feature just didn't work. I tried remapping it almost 5 times but it just didn't get it right. Clearly something was wrong with the product that was way worse than when it started. The second time I complained, the logistics team called me everyday for 2 weeks confirming a time and never picked up the product for the time they committed. They infact mentioned that I had refused pick up. It has been 20 days as of today and nobody has picked up a product which is promised as part of my warranty. This has proven to be one of the worst purchases I have made in my life in terms of product quality, service and professionality. Don't waste your money like I did. Edit 1: Serviced it for the second time and the issue still persists.

I’ve purchased six units of the Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 so far — for myself and for friends — and I can confidently say this robot vacuum is a great value for money. Really nice product and it does its job decently. For moping, don't expect a deep mopping experience. It doesn't do the scrubbing work, just a decent wipe . Overall a good product

Good purchase, the robot maps the house using fast mapping and you can also set up no go zones in case you have place any delicate stuff around. Cleans beautifully and the suction power is also good to pick up dust, hair etc.

Really loved the product. From installation to mapping to cleaning the process was smooth and easy. We haven't tried the mopping though but the vacuuming is excellent.

⭐Dreame Robo Cleaner – Extremely Disappointing Product & Service I’m writing this review after using the Dreame Robo Cleaner for about three months. For the first two months, it performed reasonably well. However, soon after, the water stopped reaching the mop, making the cleaning function completely useless. I raised a service request immediately, but despite waiting for over a month, there was no response from the customer support team. Their communication has been extremely poor and unprofessional. After 45 days, the product was finally picked up for repair, with an assurance that it would be returned within 10 days. It’s now well past that timeline, and there are still no updates or commitments from the company regarding the repair or return. Overall, both the product reliability and after-sales service are highly disappointing. Verdict: Poor quality product backed by even worse service. Strongly advise against thinking of purchasing Dreame products.

je suis super content du dreame l20 ultra. j ai un chien a poil court et il fait vraiment du bon travail en aspiration. pour le nettoyage j ai du carrelage effet béton gris et il ne laisse aucune trace. j ai mis le reglage de l aspiration sur avant dernier et nettoyage sur le chemin le plus serrer.ça met plus de temps mais c est vraiment nikel. je le conseille vraiment. c est mon meilleur achat cette annee

Without the application running on your phone this robot loses a lot of functionality, like room mapping etc. When logging into the app it tries to download a plug-in for the robot, but fails. It failed on two different phones and the app has been deleted and reinstalled. So that is the end of that really, this robot is not fit for purpose because the software simply doesn’t work. I haven’t even managed to test it. It is like buying a car which arrives with no key. Oh and the customer support from Dreame is terrible, chatbot on the website prompts me to look at buying a robot lawnmower after trying to tell it that I need help with the app. Very disappointing

It does the work well starting from the floor mapping to vacuuming and mopping. The only thing I am not fully happy is the app functions: there is no scheduling functionality and restarting the job does not always work after pausing. But I’ve heard this is one of the best apps, so these small issues still give 5 stars to the machine.

Buena en general. Limpia correcto en suelos duros, no deja velo y cunde bastante; para lo que cuesta, bien. Pros: -Pensada para estos robots: va fina en el depósito y no hace espuma rara. -Limpieza diaria sólida: levanta la suciedad normal y deja el suelo “limpio sin película”. -Olor discreto y agradable, no invade la casa, bueno a veces casi no huele. -Formato que rinde: con poca cantidad haces varios ciclos. Cunde bastante. Contras: - No hace milagros con manchas secas o grasa vieja: hay que pretratar. Tambíén depende del robot. - Fragancia suave: si te gusta que “huela fuerte a limpio”, se te quedará corta, bastante. En resumen, cumple muy bien como limpiador de mantenimiento. Si buscas perfume potente o el precio más bajo posible, hay opciones más baratas, pero esta es la opción segura y cómoda.

It cannot enter its own dock. Doesn't lift high enough and makes terrible noises, as if it's an elephant. There must be something stuck. The box was open, this wasn't a new device I think. It needs to go back ... this simply is unacceptable.
