This is the first pair of knee pads for me. I used them this morning and all I can say is, I should have bought these years ago! I do most of the work on our cars at home in the garage. I don't have a lift so there's a lot of getting up and down on that concrete floor. These pads make a huge difference. A++++

This are great for woid floors I used this inside they are soft comfortable and easy to put on and take off the reason I use them inside is not to scratch the laminate or hardwood floors of the customer it's easy to slide through the floor and not scratch the floor that's very important.

These are comfortable to wear with shorts or over the top of pants. They provide a moderate amount of cushioning for occasional kneeling. I'm a photographer and just keep them on when working because I sometimes need to get lower and most of the time the ground is not soft or clean. These are great for that.I would definitely not use them for sports or construction work. After kneeling on them for about 10 minutes the cushioning goes really flat so they would not be good for construction. It is a trade-off though, if you want something for heavy use they will be bulky with a knee plate in front. This is really made for light use and you gain a lot of comfort with them.
