Herschel Supply Co. Classic XL Backpack, Off White, 30L

My daughter picked this backpack for the new school year and she absolutely loves it. It holds everything—laptop, books, folders, lunchbox—with room to spare. The side water bottle pocket is super convenient and actually fits her large bottle without it falling out (which has been an issue with other backpacks). The quality is impressive too—sturdy zippers, durable fabric, and comfortable straps. She’s already put it to the test with heavy loads and it’s holding up great. Highly recommend for any student needing a reliable, well-designed backpack!

We bought a backpack for our daughter for school — very happy with it! The quality is excellent, it’s comfortable, lightweight, and spacious. Our daughter loves it and wears it with joy — stylish and neat!

The backpack is as described. I have been on the hunt for a regular sized backpack that doesn’t have a million pockets. I currently have a different brand and I spend so much time opening and closing various pockets to try and find where I put the keys, where I put the lipgloss, where I put the tablet- it is si annoying. It isn’t as easy as you’d think to find a simple backpack with one zipper for the main compartment and only one smaller zippered pocket for small items. It is well made, with sturdy fabric.

I LOVE this bag! I needed a new backpack for a carry on and this did the trick. It’s structured and holds a lot of stuff. The pouch in the front is deeper than you think it is. I’ve taken it on several trips already and it’s held its shape very well. I like this brand a lot.

Solid backpack. Construction is good, but the zipper is very sticky. The zipper is fully functional and not cheap, but it's not an easy pull. I was trying backpacks before a travel trip, and this bag almost made the cut, but didn't because of the zipper and because the handle on the top of the bag didn't seem like it would last long during a multi-city trip and being grabbed often. It also holds a TON! Which is great. I tried another backpack with nearly the same measurement and capacity (less than .25L difference), and this one had plenty of room to spare when fully packed, and the other backpack couldn't fit everything this could, much less with room to spare. The straps are also seem like they'd be great for carrying a heavy load, though I do wish the padding had gone further down the strap, since the front-bottom of the padding was only *just* below my armpit. Still, a solid quality bag, just didn't meet what I need for travelling.

Storage size is good. I keep a clipboard with storage in there, my lunch box, and 25oz water bottle in the main compartment. Side pocket fits my 12oz RedBull but not my 25oz BrüMate. It might fit 16oz energy drinks. Zipper quality and travel ability are as expected. Color was as shown.
