The watermelon hydration powder was unfortunately disgusting. I mixed it with 1.2L of water to sip throughout the day and it is so artificial tasting and overly sweet. Way too sweet, even mixed with 1.2L which is over double the suggested amount. If I had to choose again I’d definitely go for the unflavoured. Delivery was fast, just hoping they’ll accept my return.

I really liked the flavour of this electrolyte powder. It mixed very easily into cold water. The taste is incredibly sweet but you can't taste any salt which is good. I really enjoyed it for the first 300ml but the last 200ml were a struggle given how sweet it was, but I was thirsty and drank it all at once which probably wasn't the best idea. I think if well mixed, sipped over a long period and kept cold it would be perfectly pleasant. I particularly like that this is a sugar/carb free option. I also use electrolytes with sugar but like to have both options available depending on my preference that day. It's also great that the scoop is included in the pack - it would be helpful to have markings on it to make a smaller volume though.

Not for me did not like the taste but might be okay for others

After recently getting dehydrated when on holiday and being someone who works out a lot, I was recommended to get some electrolytes to replenish lost fluids. Anyone who has ever been dehydrated knows how horrible it is so I like the idea of having something that I can take that will rehydrate me and help me recover. This rehydration powder comes in a 250g resealable bag. As I am diabetic I was pleased to see that it is sugar free and has zero carbs. I went for the cherry flavour, although the watermelon, apple and raspberry all sounded good too. It has a scoop included to help you use the correct amount which you can put in water or in milk. I did find it hard to dissolve and this meant that I would take a sip and think it had a nice taste, a bit like a Refreshers sweet, but then the next mouthful was not so nice. Overall, I think that it is useful to have some electrolytes for when you need them but I have to be honest and say that drinking them is not a great pleasure. Having said that, having a hit and miss drink is definitely better than being dehydrated! It initially seems quite expensive but as you can get approximately 62 drinks from the packet, it does not seem so bad.

A good electrolyte powder is good to have. This one have all ingredients you need for your supplementation needs. Obviously if you are looking for electrolytes you know the benefits of them already so I won't say anything about that as it does give you intended results. The taste overall is nice with nice gentle hint of apples. However, it is super sweet even though it doesn't have any added sugar in it. I like sugary drinks but this tastes sweeter than a coke and thus only 4 stars. It is fairly good value for very good ingredients list but that sweet flavour is slightly too much for me

This electrolyte powder comes in a good sized package and I like that you take a serving out yourself rather than using individual sachets. It contains the correct amounts/proportion of Sodium, Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium needed in the body and can help in many situations- after exercise, for rehydration or if following a keto diet. I am pleased to say that this is keto friendly which many aren’t. It has a nice flavour to it too.
