Great addition to our workouts
These actually work and are something completely different than what we thought. The finger holes allow you for outwardly flex your fingers which work out hand muscles in a way totally new for us. Great addition to our workouts.

These are effective and fun
Good quality, great selection, cute bright colors. These are perfect for doing physical therapy exercises. They go anywhere with you. Just throw them in a bag and you have your exercise equipment! I have arthritis and these really help keep my joints healthier.
