So I've ordered 3 of these. Waiting on number 3 to show up. The first time, I broke the wings. Ok, well, maybe it was something I did wrong. Order another, built the wings separately. Wings broke again while trying to put glaive hands on. Ordered a third, maybe this time, it wont result in tears. That would be nice. If you're going to market a product to children, and said child spends his Christmas gift cards on your product, it should hold up to children, let alone the initial set-up. This is not an ages 6+ product. This is a 13+ product, and should not be marketed towards young children. Not to mention, you guys syphoned $45 dollars out of me for one working robot, and 2 duds. Great, a $45 dollar action figure, consider this consumer satisfied.Just an update. We finally received the third. I took painful care to make sure the wing assembly didn't break. Hit a single on the third strike, so at least my son is happy, finally.Do not buy this product unless you're looking for something very specific, and keep in mind, due to the printed nature of these, they are fragile.

I don’t understand the fascination but my kid loves these things Apparently the kids trade these things and they love them. It came fast and as advertised. If your kid asks for it don’t question it…/ it’s a cheap thrill and you get exactly what’s in the picture.

The action figure is great very possible and you can get it into a lot of poses and the accessories were great. I really like them but the wings they have a connection that you would put on the back that you would connect it to the actual T 13 action figure but that broke when it arrived sadly. I can’t use the wings anymore, but the function of the wings still work, it’s just that I can’t connect them to a figure but these action figures are great. I would say keep selling them no matter what but make them more sturdy and more protective to where they would last longer.

My son says it is extremely sturdy and easy to assemble. It was a a very decent price and worth buying my son has so many t13s on his list.

I would rate this product a 0 if I could. It arrived broken and the parts, I.e. wings, hands, etc will not stay attached. The joints are not tight enough to hold parts in place. Will be asking for a refund. My 7.5 year old grandson couldn’t wait for it to arrive to be majorly disappointed. DO NOT BUY! Will rewrite review if they do the right thing.
