We were sceptical to begin with, but after testing temperature of the hot shots regularly, and the temperature once fully made, it is now classed as one of our best purchases for our little one. Bottles ready within minutes. Great value for money and the filters (when required to change) are also great value for money. Excellent quality product. Highly recommended

Great little machine I bought when my granddaughter was born very handy

Life saver at night. It's not about the price you pay for it, cause it isn't cheap, it's about how easy it is to make a bottle prompt so your new-born isn't crying or starving as long. I got recommended this from a couple of friends. At first I was just using the Nuby rapid cool, but ended up with this since even the rapid cool i felt took long to make a bottle. While half a sleep, this is very easy to use to a point you will get into the habit of not reading the prompts when pressing the buttons. I would recommend to still check the temp on every bottle but these are so fast at making bottles to then getting the baby put back to sleep at night, it's a massive help. You will need to change the filters in the future but it will prompt you to do this when it's needed. I've bought a couple of filters during Prime Day to stock up so ready when the other is no longer useful so it doesn't harm my son. While i would have preferred the black one, I ended up with the white purely cause it was cheaper. Not by much, was only a tenner but every little helps lol. I've had it for about 8 weeks now, i use Cow & Gate comfort with it, MAM bottles and haven't changed formulas, works really well with it, my son has no issues with it.

The build quality is okay, but whoever designed the procuct obviously never took it out of the box and tried to follow the instructions of how to set it up. I followed the instructions in the manual only to find that when you switch the machine on, it has its own initialisation routine written in the firmware which does not align with the instructions given in the manual. As there is no way to abort the initialisation routine, I had to run through it again, in the process handling the antibacterial filter manually, breaching the sterile bubble of the machine. At some point because the filter was already primed in accordance with the description in the printed manual when I had to remove it again for the firmware initialisation routine, I also flooded the machine and my kitchen worktop. Furthermore, because everything was already primed in accordance with the printed manual, when pouring the boiling water in the hopper tank as per the firmware initialisation routine, it of course mixed with the water already in there, so certainly was nowhere near boiling point any more when pumped through the machine, making its sterilising qualities questionable at best. The machine was sold to me as new, but there was water inside the enclosed baby bottle, so clearly it had been used before, a big no-no in the baby world. Eventually, the machine now does what it says on the label, and pretty well at that, but I have no real confidence that the machine is still sterile and safe to use. Since we are talking about my baby here, I am not really in the mood to take chances.

After I saw some bad reviews stating the temperature of the first boiling water doesn’t reach 70 degrees I had to test myself before I give the formula made to my baby. At first I filled a mug with the first boiling water that is dispensed and then measured the temp. Found it was about 56 degrees not passing my test. I then measured again while the boiling water is being dispensed and found the temperature right just above 70. Then I thought it makes absolute sense why it tells you to put the powder first which is VERY IMPORTANT STEP. The boiling water has to be dispensed straight on the powder to kill any germs. If you dispense the boiling water in an empty container the temp will drop by the time you take out and put powder. For me it’s a legit machine and makes the process of making formula significantly easier.

This machine has been an absolute game-changer! It prepares perfectly warm bottles in under 2 minutes, which is a blessing during late-night feeds. The built-in light and quiet operation are thoughtful touches. It’s safe, fast, and reliable couldn’t be happier with it!

I bought this two years ago for my firstborn, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. It makes bottle preparation incredibly quick—perfect for when your baby is crying and hungry. You simply add the formula to the bottle, place it on the stand, and the machine dispenses a hot shot. After mixing and shaking, it adds the right amount of water to bring it to the perfect temperature. Setup is straightforward, and the on-screen instructions guide you through everything step by step, making it easy for anyone to use. It’s especially helpful during night feeds—no waiting for the kettle to boil or worrying about cooling down bottles. It’s ready in seconds. I gave it 4 stars due to the only downside is that it can stop working properly during very hot weather, showing an error that it’s too warm to operate. This is a known issue, and I try to keep it near the fridge to help keep it cool during heatwaves. But it can be quite frustrating if it is very hot. I find switching it off and adding cold water to it, does help. Now, I’m using it again for my newborn, and it’s still going strong. It’s practical, user-friendly, and a real lifesaver. You do need to buy filters (which can be a bit pricey), but they last about three months depending on usage, and you can often find them on offer.
