I have constant elbow pain from a lifetime of playing baseball. This brace definitely helps.

It works great I've used the extra single strap more the brace my hell pad is not sowen I in the middle of my brace that my biggest concern so if I have it half the way up and down is at the back of my bicep but the single strap I use the most

I love this brace!! Really helps with my tennis elbow. I play basketball and pickleball weekly and this helps to relieve the pain

I developed left forearm pain with gripping and extension. I tried a few braces and none of them worked well for me. I came across this one in an article and decided to try it. It is very well made of high quality material. The gel piece is solidly in place and is well shaped to provide a small amount of pressure that helps with forearm tendon pain. The amount of pressure is adjustable using the strap. It's really quite a clever system. Combined with some topical nsaid and physical therapy, I was noticeably better in days. I recommend this highly!

These are nor sized correctly. I bought the size according to my dimensions, but this is too tight. My doctor told me to not use it as it was too small. It caused more pain that it relieved. Would not recommend or maybe try a bigger size than what the charts indicate.

This sleeve comes in a rather large envelope that is well labeled and clear to read and includes an instruction handbook and the compression strap. Using the sizing guide, I ordered a medium and though the product fits, the gel pad was the issue, causing issues with the fit as well.First off, i feel pad just seems smaller than the product video. Yes, in place it does help but it has to be placed just right to do so. Please understand, I have a rare genetic disorder, Elhers-Danlos syndrome that causes frequent dislocations and subluxation (partial dislocation) which have caused lasting damage to my elbow. I have carpal tunnel and cubial tunnel in both elbows with golfers elbow in one and tennis elbow in the other as well as weak joints. Compression support is necessary and I am very familiar with where the support is needed to achieve relief.The product images show the pad at the center of the brace but mine came with the pocket at the bottom. To get the pad in place on the back of my elbow to support the weak joint, the sleeve needs to be pulled up high which makes the top of the brace to tight, cutting into the arm. With the measure being at the forearm, the extra movement up the arm of the brace makes wearing it for prolonged periods uncomfortable. With my condition, I needed and wanted braces I could wear all day. With the change of design, not show in the product information, these braces are no longer for all day wear.If the gel pad is removed and the compression sleeve is worn even to the center of the elbow, all issues vanish. Yes, the extra cushioning that helped with the carpal and cubial tunnel vanish, leaving my hands often numb or in pain but the compression was perfect, offering the joint lasting support that effectly limited dislocation and subluxation and worn as the image shown and not pulled up to use the bell support, fit perfectly with very limited discomfort, not rolling or creasing during all day use, even with heavy arm use.Washed on delicate in cold water and tumbled dried, this product has also survived 5 washings without changing shape. As with all compression gear, it will not last forever, especially with daily use but it has handled 6 weeks of use with no loss of support, a second brace used, brand new to compare.If the gel pad was a bit larger and placed like the product images showed, at the middle of the brave instead of at the bottom, I would rate this at 5 stars and be buying new ones every 6 months to a year, especially with the sales price that is going on to have this product only be $10. Currently, they are just decent compression sleeves that are missing half if not more of their advertised abilities, one that do work if you are willing to be very uncomfortable and cause possible damage to yourself. Just so close to perfect to hurt.

Good support and fits well

So far I have worn all day while working. I have not felt any change in my pain. Hopefully it will start easing pain in the next few days.
