This is perfect for my uses, I'm not using it for towels, but to hang heavier items behind a door and the metal rungs hold up much better than the plastic rack I was using before. If you just hang towels, this may not matter to you. As other reviews mention, the "feet" at the bottom don't sit flush on the door, but this doesn't matter to me.

My new house bathroom did not come with towel bars nor a good space to put one. So I found this and it works nicely

When I opened the box I was worried that it would be complex, because so many pieces spilled out. But the directions were simple to understand and I put this together with the help of my 10 year old. It was too big to go behind my bathroom door because of how the wall behind the door is situated (it made the door not open fully enough), but because it’s cute, I don’t mind putting it on the front which is where it lives.

Looks nice but don’t be fooled because it’s metal. It’s thin poles that a magnet didn’t stick to so, I doubt it’s really metal. It’s flimsy and gets weaker towards the bottom but it will hold your towels I guess.

This towel rack is working out well for us in our small 3/4 bath where we just had a couple towel hooks before. Assembly took too long in my opinion and the suction cups don’t adhere to our door (or maybe they’re just meant to be bumpers to avoid scratching up the door?) but it looks good and is sturdy with metal bars that should hold up well over time against damp towels.

Apart from the top part of this rail BOTH being either left or right handed so you can only recess one screw as it should be and the other sits proud, this would have been a perfect item.....However. the cost is abysmal for the item!

Item "A" should have been opposite to each other not the same.Item "F" one item was missing a plastic nut in one end.

I read the reviews and opened the package with some trepidation. Here is my experience!1. I quickly scanned the assembly sheet - it is straight forward and the complaints about difficulties to put it together are unwarranted. I'm 70 and it was logically laid out and simple to follow.2. I live in a house with doors at least 40 years old, the house has settled and the rack hooks are wider than the door itself. The gentleman who posted his "fix" to level it so the door will close properly is correct. need to do exactly the same thing.3. The black frame is sturdy once all of the screws are tightened. My recommendation - leave them slightly loose until you have all of the components connected - THEN tighten the screws to ensure the frame is square.There is sufficient space to hang at least four (4) towels as well as face cloths or other small items at the top.

I run a home daycare and I bought this because I needed something to hang my clothes (for kids hands and faces before and after meals) on so they don’t get musty sitting in a basket wet between washes. So far it works well for its intended purpose, the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the suction cups on the bottom don’t stick to my door and it hangs slightly crooked. But was fairly simple to put together, would have been easier with a second set of hands just to hold pieces in place but I managed alone.

This unit looks great on my guest room closet door. Several guests have commented on it and asked where I purchased it. Recommend it and would buy it again!
