If you have a problem swallowing large pills, this might be a challenge for you. I have to be very careful, and take them with a lot of water. You could cut them in half. I have done that in the past with certain tablets. Other than that, I like the fact that these are 300mg. I had been taking 500mg (of another brand) and read that this might be too much magnesium. I think that Qunol is a good brand, which I trust. I'm taking them because magnesium helps with migraine headaches. And I believe it does help. I'm giving this product a 4 because of the size of the tablets.

They don't make a lot of supplements, but the ones they do they put a lot of research into assuring quality and high absorption.I've tried a few different magnesium glycinate products in the past and this is the only one that tastes slightly sweet. That's because it's chemically supposed to taste sweet.
