This is a good tie for kids. It is adjustable so both my 6 and 9 year old can wear it. The solid color will be easy to match with multiple shirts. The quality is good and it feels like it will last for several years (knowing that my boys will not wear it very often).

This is a good quality adjustable neck tie for smaller kids. I was just surprised with how short it seemed when I opened it up. I would say that it will be suitable for most kids in the advertised 8-12 range, but if you child is on the older end of that range, or is on the taller side, it may seem a bit short. I have included pictures so that you can see the length of the tie. It appears to be between 14" and 15". The length past the knot at the neck is 13". Before buying, you might want to measure your child from the bottom of their neck to the waist line, to see if this would work for them.

I got this tie in black, and the fabric has a nice sheen to it. I was able to easily adjust it to fit an eight-year-old, and I think the age 8-12 sizing as accurate because that is about as small as it can get. It looks really nice. We are pleased.
