A powerful little fan unit, that is relatively quiet though only operates to a minimum of 20 degrees centigrade

Hi i ordered this to help cool down my fish tank. Unfortunatly the buttons are hard to press. Im trying to cool my tank down to 17 degrees but ypu cant select a temp unless its 1 degree that the current water temp. So im stuck at 20 degrees at the min it will let u choose much higher temps ? Which is confusing as its ment to be a cooling system not a heater.

It’s good just wish it went below 20 degrees I bought it for an Axolotl

No idea about their longevity but pretty good for the money.

So its is rather easy to use, and perfect if you need your fish tank around 20 - 30 degree Celsius, however 20 is the lowest it can go to, and didn't make this very clear. but for the price its pretty decent

This is a great fish tank chiller fan and a fantastic idea.I used to have two bulky fans and large thermostat rigged up to my fish tank that wasn’t very reliable, then this came up for review and I’m honoured to review it, it’s a great piece of kit that every fish tank keeper should get.It’s easy to set up just use the large clamp to fasten to the lip of your tank then set the temperature you wish the fan to start at and the speed of the fan, there are 3 to choose from, then place the temperature probe well down into the tank that’s it, then when the temperature of your water reaches that temperature the fan starts up.We had a hot spell recently and where my tank is situated in my back room it gets a lot of sun and my tank water would rise quite quickly but luckily this excellent chiller kept it under control with no problems whatsoever.Most people would only get use of this chiller on warm days but for me it will be used through the colder days to as unfortunately the only place I could put my tank was next to an upright radiator so with this set on medium with it’s thermostat that I fitted and this chiller running I no longer have a problem and it works a treat.This chiller for me is priceless but is at a great price for peace of mind and I highly recommend to all fish tank keepers, this one works great on my medium size tank so I think two would be better used on larger tanks, plus it has the addition of a little light for when your tank lights are off and it’s not too noisy.5 stars all round from me.

The media could not be loaded. I would highly recommend it.This is a great addition to my fish tank for hot days or when the heating is on. I've got a guppy and shrimp fish tank in a small room with a radiator and the water tends to warm up quickly.I used to always add some ice cubes to lower the water temperature but that's not the best option. This device is a game changer and it works perfectly! It managed to cool down the tank in less than 4 minutes. You can adjust the angle of the fan at any time and there is also a full spectrum light on it which is amazing.It's very quiet which is great if you don't like noises while you speed. Very thin and sits nicely on the tank. It works perfectly on rimless tanks or with a plastic cover. The temperature is super accurate!
