New Scoot Goofin
I am extremely satisfied with VMAX. This model i purchased is perfect for a quick scoot around the neighborhood. I also can use it at work to help get between buildings quicker. The only negative ive noticed is the climbing hills speed. It noticeably slows down going up hills but for the price i love this thing. This was my first e scooter and I likely will stick with VMAX. Its been great so far. I have about 35 miles use on it. I also like the weight. I picked some lower performance speeds but only being 30 pounds i like that this also holds 265 lbs. A lot of the other escooters in this price range topped out at 220. I needed that little extra carrying capacity.

Light-weight and super fun!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve tested quite a few e-scooters and VMAX is by far my favorite brand. They make some really high quality products. As for the VX5 Pro LT, it’s a light-weight and zippy scooter. I would recommend using it on a full charge so you get the best results. I’m 6’ 2” and 195 lbs so a lighter rider might enjoy it even more. It’s not the fastest scooter out there but for the price it’s well built, quick on flat surfaces, and lots of fun. If you’re a heavier rider or want more power you could also check out the VX2 Extreme 🫱🏼🫲🏽

Perfect for cruising campus!
Got this for my son for his first year of college. He is able to make it across campus quickly and safely. He even rides it to the grocery store, he folds it and puts it under his cart while he shops. I had a head light, brake lights and even blinkers. We feel it’s a safe option for him to get around easily. Would 100% recommend!

Poor quality scooter and terrible customer service
Bought the scooter for my son to ride to school less than a 2 mile ride and the back tire wore out within 60 days of purchase. Rides slow and battery did not hold a charge. Vmax refuse to fix the scooter under the 2year “warranty” that was promised with purchase. I was offered the option to pay $150 for a new back tire when I only paid $300 for the scooter to begin with. The faulty battery was never addressed or taken into accountability. Just a simple I’m sorry about your luck. I would definitely not recommend doing business with the company. There are many other options out there that I have invested in since that are up and running beautifully.

I like it but box was damaged
The box did arrived badly damaged, wasnt sure if maybe the scooter, had any defects of sorts. I took off 2 stars for that; prety sure it was in warehouse poorly placed/stacked.Been using couple times out of the week. Its nice, and easy to use. The top speed seems to get at 15-16mph without me on it and me on it. Has a extra beast mode that goes above 20+; when you hit the power button 5 times I think?? Doesnt really do nothing for me honestly. Was hoping it actually hit 18-20 ish. Didn't realize 15 seems rather odd or slow, cause on my mini fold bike, I can go quick; feels like I take more time on my scooter than I do my bike. Wish i could adjust the light further downwards, so I don't blind traffic; as some of our lanes are designed differently here. The app lock is nice to use too; i dont lock this outside, I usually park inside our small stores(they usually dont mind) or in work job; im not sure if people steal scooters or not here, as theres lot of people riding them; bikes they do tho.The size is really nice compared to my full sized solar scooter which goes +40mph and its kinda hard to use, feels unsafe for me honestly compared to this one. I only use my solar at 20-25 ish. Only reason I went for this one, cause the size looked small in the pictures. The sizing is about right for me.If its one thing I learned, scooters are very dangerous to use in city/rural areas where the roads are not as maintained properly as the scooter can slide/slip very easily from transferring off of road/small ledge; like our bike lane/road as its not perfectly even, and moving in between the 2 can be dangerous; some people may not notice this with scooters in general; and road bumps oh my. Stay safe out there, I say this is the most dangerous thing about riding scooters, if your road/bike lanes are not designed properly.]But I do enjoy it, makes me rather lazy; as I bike a lot. I try not to scoot too much, mainly to work 1-2mile when I need it. The scooter isnt bad, for a beginner scoot, easy to handle, not too heavy; careful not to clip the under carriage(battery location) when ridingI may need to buy their faster one maybe when its on sale, hopefully its not too big in size due to battery. Wish battery placement was more on handle or above area, like another scoot I seen.

Meet my expectations
So far it meets my expectations compared to the other products that I have experienced. I have the lowest model VMAX5 LT but the speed and the strength of power is more than enough for me. I also like the fact they have 24 months warranty. I also like that I can speak to a live person directly to the manufacturer about my concern of my new scooter. Hopefully it stays the same.

Great for everything except range.
This is a great scooter for beginners or smaller riders. It's great for small commutes or quick casual rides. The top speed is only about 16-17mph for me but is fast enough to get you wherever you need to go. It definitely lacks in range for longer drives so I wouldn't necessarily recommend this if you have to travel significant distances. I'm about 210lbs and the motor seems to have no trouble getting up to speed and chugging along but I'm getting about 30% less range than claimed (probably due to my weight). Great buy! just wish I could go further without recharging.

Faulty battery
I was excited to receive this scooter for a daily commute to and from work. Unfortunately The scooter that was sent to me had a faulty battery and no power. I had to send it back and still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed
