Solved my problem!
My surround sound receiver didn't have an pre-amp output that I could use for Wireless Headphones, so I used one of these to get an A/V output from my center-channel speaker. Works well! :)

Does not work
In the install you talk about all the colors of wires but there is no colors and there is a wire missing this convert doesn't work as it should.
